Two French Female Police Officers Murdered by Adbdallah Boumezr

A 30-year-old North African immigrant is under arrest after French authorities say he confessed to shooting two policewomen, Alicia Champion and Audrey Berthaut. Bare Naked Islam offers this translation of a French news article:

The policewomen were responding to a call about an Arab who had robbed a purse from a female neighbor. Abdallah . . . struck the police sergeant, stole her gun, and shot the 35-year-old mother of two with several shots to the face.
The second policewoman, newly married, ran to hide in a small alley, but the killer shot her to death with at least 7 bullets to the back, using her own gun.

As of this writing, there is zero news on the murders in any American media. Nothing from the Washington Post, New York Times, LA Times, Huffington Post, Drudge, CNN, MSNBC, even Fox. Not even blogs are covering it.

    Once you eliminate the perp’s race, religion, and country of origin, what is there left to report?  Our media never covers murders in France, even of police.

    In a week or two, Atlas Shrugged and My Pet Jawa may pick it up, whereupon Lesbian Gay Footballs and Neal Rauhauser will denounce them as “islamophobic.”

    I don’t really see this as a story.  Unless the story is it not being much of a story in France…then…OK…

    But I’m not shocked by the media ignoring murders in France, given that they pretty much ignore the thousands of murders in the US each year.

    Nothing to see here, just a deranged man killing cops.

    If it wasn’t for his background, he’s just another damn cop killer.  A pity they don’t have the death penalty over there.

    The story is not “murders in France.”  The story is Muslim man from Algeria murders two indigenous French women.  It’s a blatant attack on the West.  And you have the audactiy to sit there and say, “don’t really see this as a story.”  My gosh!  You can’t be serious??

    How do you shoot two policewomen, each with her own gun? Do they not train police in France to return fire when their partner is shot?

     No, this just seems like an idiot killing people.  This happens everywhere, all the time.  A terrible thing, but not something that is newsworthy in the US. 

    Had it been an actual terrorist attack, it would be a different story…but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
