    OK…..I’ve been debating Cain’s 9-9-9 plan. I live in a state/county (CA) which already has an approximate 10% sales tax. Raising that to 20%, give or take a little, is going to be a pretty major hit on people with low incomes. The state tax at least doesn’t apply to food….how about Cain’s plan?

    There is no doubt in my mind that the littlest blogger was not watching the Obummer. He’d have been asleep by the 2nd frame if he had been.
