    so who should he endorse who won’t lose in a fiery death to Obama in ’12? cuz the only other viable candidate is Perry and even if the economy doesn’t improve Obama won’t have a hard time beating him so long as it doesn’t get significantly worse.

    this is the Republicans’ Dean vs. Kerry, Kerry may’ve lost but he stood a way bigger chance than the “purer” (and to people not inclined in his direction, more off-putting) candidate. people don’t have to be excited about Romney but all this RINO sellout talk is silly

    Pawlenty had to endorse someone before everyone had forgotten he was ever in the race. Romney was probably the only candidate to return his phone call.

    I think that’s going a bit far, especially in Pawlenty’s case. Obama is the very model of the DFL jackwagons Pawlenty had to deal with in the Legislature for eight years.

    If they make mediscare statements, or tweets or sound bites they will be used in Obama’s campaign. They know this and should know better. I think this is an effort to toxify Perry in the hope that he can paint him as unelectable. Taking Perry out doesn’t make Romney electable. He calls Perry a career politician, the only reason Mitt ain’t is because he lost more elections than he won. In my opinion Rombama care is an insurmountable obstacle in the primary and the general. T-Paw’s endorsement of Romney causes serious doubts about his judgement and his conservative bonafides. Romney’s pathetic attempt to use the 10Th amendment as a defense of HIS unconstitutional mandate is a leaky vessel indeed.
