“And that’s saying something,” says Ann Coulter:

[T]hat paper implied Loughner is a pro-life zealot. This is the precise opposite of the truth. . . .
ABC News reported: “One Pima Community College student, who had a poetry class with Loughner later in his college career, said he would often act ‘wildly inappropriate.’
“‘One day (Loughner) started making comments about terrorism and laughing about killing the baby,’ classmate Don Coorough told ABC News, referring to a discussion about abortions. ‘The rest of us were looking at him in shock … I thought this young man was troubled.’
“Another classmate, Lydian Ali, recalled the incident as well.
“‘A girl had written a poem about an abortion. It was very emotional and she was teary eyed and he said something about strapping a bomb to the fetus and making a baby bomber,’ Ali said.”
Here’s the Times’ version: “After another student read a poem about getting an abortion, Mr. Loughner compared the young woman to a ‘terrorist for killing the baby.'”

Ace of Spades gave a nice hat-tip to Nice Deb for finding that. Because Ace is good like that. But you mark my words, when this Zeigeist angle I’ve been blogging like a mofo finally goes viral, bloggers will be linking the story at Politico or Examiner or the Daily Caller and ignoring me, because I’m America’s Least Respected Conservative Blogger and everybody hates me.

If I were a dopehead atheist psycho, Bloggers Who Can’t Throw a Brother a Link Now And Then might be trembling in terror at my creepy stalkerish online behavior. But I’m a God-fearing psycho — “Turn the other mentally disturbed cheek,” I always say — which means it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever seek bloody vengeance for their hateful policy of non-linkage, and so they spite me without fear of violent retribution.

UPDATE: Little Miss Attila talks about “balancing the rights of those with mental imbalances such as schizophrenic carefully against those patients’ own well-being, and the need to protect society at large.”

Attila’s right. Of course, it’s not “society at large” that needs protection from me. It’s Bloggers Who Can’t Throw a Brother a Link Now And Then. And you know who you are.
