When Obama’s poll numbers go down, it shows that you idiots don’t appreciate His Wonderfulness, says Bill Press:

“I think this says more about the American people than it does about President Obama. I think it just shows once again that the American people are spoiled.”

    The problems Obama’s having in trying to govern like FDR is in part the monstrosity of a government that FDR helped create. The public works projects so fondly remembered from the 30s would take decades to get approved.

    Yes. Americans ARE spoiled. We are used to having leaders that at least make an effort at supporting the IS Constitution. We are used to having a government that makes a good show at supporting the nation, the very people that put them where they are.

    Instead, we have a set of elitist pigs, at least one of whom has yet to seriously support the idea that he is qualified by the Constitution to lead the nation, all of whom seem to be doing all they can to destroy the country before they lose power.

    If being spoiled means I can trust my government to do the right thing, I’ll take it any day of the week.

    I think we understood that the country was headed into economic hard times at the start of the Obama administration. But what really angers people is that Obama and the Dem Congress chose to deal with these problems using means that were proven failures over many decades and in numerous countries – nationalized health care, higher taxes, increasing unionization, open borders, etc. Their extremist solutions were forcibly enacted despite overwhelming public opposition. What other conclusion can we draw, except that these people are purposely trying to destroy the fundamental institutions of this country? That they are only interested in expanding their own power? That they have pure contempt for American citizens? You (the Left) were given a chance, and you blew it.

    Bill Press, what I think of Obama as a person has nothing to do with what I think of his job as President. It is possible for somebody to be the nicest person in the world, and the lousiest brain surgeon who ever misplaced a sponge.
