    I am unaware of any special categories like “devastating” or “pimp slap” in rulings on federal motions. The judge ruled against TDPK. That is no surprise since we already knew he had failed to effect service and had violated the prior rulings of the court concerning the filing of motions.

    What would be “devastating” or a “pimp slap” would be if he is ruled a vexatious litigant and the severe restrictions that go with that designation applied to him. It would stop his “lawfare” cold since all his filings would need prior approval and likelihood of success would be a consideration (not a good position for a guy who is like 1-113 in lawsuits).

    I’ll keep the champagne chilled, but it won’t be popped until Kimberlin is stopped.
