Obama’s IRS Scandal Cover-Up

OK, now it’s time to begin impeachment proceedings:

The Justice Department selected an avowed political supporter of President Obama to lead the criminal probe into the IRS targeting of tea party groups, according to top Republicans who said Wednesday that the move has ruined the entire investigation.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell E. Issa, California Republican, and regulatory affairs subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan, Ohio Republican, said they have discovered that the head of the investigation is Barbara Kay Bosserman, a trial lawyer in the Justice Department who donated more than $6,000 to Mr. Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns, as well as several hundred dollars to the national Democratic Party.
“The department has created a startling conflict of interest,” Mr. Issa and Mr. Jordan said in a letter sent Wednesday and reviewed by The Washington Times. “It is unbelievable that the department would choose such an individual to examine the federal government’s systematic targeting and harassment of organizations opposed to the president’s policies.”

The fake investigation led by a hack loyalist is a classic cover-up move. The Justice Department is now clearly part of a widespread pattern of corruption in the administration, Eric Holder’s resignation is long overdue, and upholding the rule of law requires that Congress open an impeachment inquiry immediately.

    Well, it’s also important to keep in mind that the vast majority of Jews are not Bolsheviks. The converse, however, does not seem to be true.

    While this may be an uncomfortable topic, it is one that should be addressed directly and honestly without engaging in wholesale bias against a particular ethnic group.

    Legally, they do have both control and authority over IRS. Exercising it, however, is another question. It is particularly problematic when your using it for politlcal payback.

    wholesale bias no. But the overwhelmingly majority of Jews are liberal progressives. That is nothing more than a euphanism for destroying the U.S. Consitution.
    The last data I saw put their slavish loyalty to the DNC in hte mid 80’s percentile. This slavish behavior goes back to 1932 (FDR’s fist term)
    The most vociferous attackers of the 2nd amedment in Congress are overwhelmingly jews! I cannot name one on the national level who is a defender of the 2nd amendment. Thankfully there is 1 state representative in New York who has openly fought against Cuomo’s gun ban (Steven Katz). He is the only one. real “mensch”. The rest of the psycopaths are vicious gun grabbers.
    Now getting back to the original topic. Its no damn coincidence that all the top people at the IRS abuse scandals are JEWS! It’s so glaringly obvious. I want that bitch Lois Lerner in shackles doing hard time in prison! The same for Doug Schulman. her emails attacking tea party and conservative groups are damning! So this obnoxious yenta sneaks off into retirement hoping that it will all go away?
    now the DOH appoints a politcal hack to investigate corrupt IRS officials?
    This Barbara Kay Bosserman is a hack! Ive tried to search her bio and have been unsuccessful in finding her religion. The name sounds jewish though. And like I said earlier (with historical documentation) they as a group are overwhelingly radicalized.

    If you remember, the IRS was also targeting Christian groups. That came out parallel to the bigger story on the IRS targeting the tea party.

    For whatever reason, Christians seem to not take seriously the ethnic and religious hatred espoused by the Bolsheviks.

    As I remember it – the IRS was denying applications or slow-walking applications submitted by Christian-oriented groups.

    That’s what first got my attention in the larger context of the open war against Christians and Christianity being waged by the likes of Mikey Weinstein, Mark Potok, and Gyorgy Schwartz – to name three. Although, in Schwartz’s case, he may just be interested in his next 30 pieces of silver.

    Clearly, there is a deep-rooted ethnic and religious hatred espoused by some Jews against Christians and Christianity, in particular.

    That’s not a knock on all Jews, but it is a readily observable phenomenon that is ongoing in plain sight today.

    But you are so certain that Ms. Bosserman is unethical and cannot impartially do her job as a Democrat. What makes you so confident that she will whitewash the investigation? Does she have such a history of that in her years as a DOJ attorney? For that matter, what makes you so certain that there was criminal wrongdoing? Issa and Jordan have been at this for months and they’ve yet to identify a single criminal statute that they believe was violated.

    It’s going to take a long term strategic effort to isolate and take on the Bolsheviks.

    They are a formidable adversary that has managed to weasel their way into powerful positions while the gentiles have looked the other way.

    If there’s one positive result from the current criminal marxist regime, it’s that they’re making themselves known and making the scale of the problem known as well.

    There are some lessons of history that may be applied – Solzhenitsyn and Shafarevich wrote at length about what, at first glance, appears to the be same phenomenon in Russia, a century ago.

    So, I don’t see any reason to make this some sort of anti-Semitic crusade.

    Bolsheviks, on the other hand, are fair game in whatever ethnic form they are found.

    Issa and Jordan have not gotten either answers or info from the most transparently corrupt administration in history. The left is truly afraid they will be brought to book and are doing all they can to upset the investigation. That they have found nothing criminal yet is no surprise.

    I don’t spit at people. I leave that to the screaming left who are unable to craft a real argument and engage in smears instead.

    Having been a federal attorney prior to leaving for the private sector, I can assure you that I’ve never witnessed a single instance where party affiliation played any role in an investigation. There are publicized cases, of course, but I think you are painting with too broad a brush, allowing yourself to be blinded to the fact that 99% of the career public servants feel that if they cannot perform a case assignment without bias they will recuse themselves.

    We don’t know for certain that Ms. Bosserman is “leading” the investigation. That is a conclusion that Issa and Jordan jumped to on the basis of TWO interviews. Maybe she told the interviewees that she is the lead; maybe not. Perhaps Ms. Bosserman’s role is limited to conducting a few interviews and summarizing them in a memo. Maybe her work on the case is needed because she has a special expertise in the area of tax law of nonprofits. Without sufficient facts we should not be drawing conclusions, yet that is what I see going on here.

    What really disturbs me, howver, is that this is being handled so publicly. Why the need for a press release and letter to publicize Issa’a and Jordan’s accusations against a civil servant? Is there some NONpolitical reason this inquiry could not have been made quietly? Ms. Bosserman has been judged and now publicly labeled as a political hack — don’t you have some fairness concerns about?

    Issa and Jordan CONTEND that the IRS and DOJ are stonewalling, but other than their press releases and appearances on FOX, what evidence do you have? issa says to-may-to. The Ranking Member and IRS say to-mah-to. It is incredulous to claim that the IRS is stonewalling when documents are being produced on a near-weekly basis and more than 100 employees, including 70 attorneys, are working full time on the document production. Maybe it’s the trial attorney in me, but I like to see OBJECTIVE evidence rather than rely on a person’s mere assertion, particularly when that person has a political agenda. It must not trouble you, however, if you are willing to religiously swallow everything that politicians say.

    As I have said, if Bosserman actually does a decent job, it will be a first. This not an investigation to get tot eh bottom of the problem. It’s an attempt to paper over things. If it comes out, from reliable sources, and with Dims that will be going some, then I will admit error. Alas, given who is involved the chance of there being an honest investigation is somewhere between a snowball’s chance in a blast furnace and snowball’s chance in hell.

    Given the relative positions of Issa and the corruptocrats in the WH, I’ll take Issa’s word unless info comes out that he’s lying.

    Have you considered the possibility that the DOJ’s preliminary investigation disclosed some evidence of unlawful civil rights law violations, and by appointing a Democratic supporter to lead the investigation that later makes public these findings the Dems will be without ammunition to claim that the investigation was biased?
