With Memorial Day two weeks past and EDC this coming weekend, I think it’s reasonable to say that summer is upon us, a time to hit the beach or the pool or the creek, or just to enjoy lighter clothes. This week’s appetizer shows off a lightweight dress and cowboy boots, perfect for summer on the prairie or in the desert.
