Oh, sure, the presidential election campaign is stumbling toward its conclusion, but is there anything new to say about that? Hillary Clinton is nearly 6 points ahead in the Real Clear Politics average of national polls, and the “no toss-ups” map shows her winning the Electoral College by a margin of 333 to 205, and even if the polls are all biased, I doubt anything I might write about the campaign at this point would influence the outcome. Meanwhile, lesbian teachers are molesting Catholic schoolgirls:

The Dauphin County District Attorney’s office arrested and charged a Bishop McDevitt High School teacher with dozens of child sex abuse counts Thursday.
Randi Lynn Zurenko, 33, of Millerstown, Perry County, is charged with 13 counts of institutional sexual assault, 153 counts of sexual abuse of children, 33 counts of unlawful contact with minors, 20 counts of dissemination of obscene material to a minor and 13 counts of corruption of minors.
Between January 1, 2013, and October 14, 2016, Zurenko sexually abused two Bishop McDevitt students while she was a teacher at the school in Lower Paxton Township, according to DA Ed Marsico Jr.’s office.
The DA’s office said Zurenko and the first victim had “an encounter” at Fort Hunter park in Susquehanna Township before the student graduated in 2013.
During the meeting, Zurenko massaged the student’s back and undid her bra, and she gave the underage victim alcohol several times, before and after the student graduated from Bishop McDevitt, the DA’s office said. . . .
In early 2015, Zurenko also began sexually abusing a second student, and continued to do so until Oct. 14, the DA’s office said. Zurenko had sex with the second victim, according to the DA’s office.
She also took pictures of the second student in various stages of undress, Marsico’s office said, and took pictures of her and the student having sex. . . ..

You can read the whole thing.

Now, you may say stories like that are trivial, but is there no larger significance to these headlines? Isn’t it possible that we are witnessing a trend? Couldn’t these events be symptomatic of cultural decadence?

When you consider what sort of “higher education” students are receiving at Marquette University, an allegedly Catholic school, these headlines might still be shocking, but they’re not exactly surprising.

The frog is being boiled slowly, so that we gradually become accustomed to accept things which seemed utterly unacceptable — even perhaps unimaginable — not too long ago. Hideous evil is rampant in America.

Left to right: Gregory Walker, Lillian Roberts and Ernest Coleman.

3 plead guilty in Detroit teen’s slaying
Three people pleaded guilty Wednesday in the kidnapping and killing of a 13-year-old Detroit boy who vanished this year after reportedly taking less than $100 outside an east side store, prosecutors said. . . .
Ernest Coleman faced charges of torture, unlawful imprisonment, felony firearm, felon in possession and habitual third offender in the slaying of Deontae Mitchell, said Maria Miller, a spokeswoman for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. A sentence evaluation found 12-15 years on the torture charge, 10-15 years for unlawful imprisonment, 1-5 years for felon in possession and 2 years for felony firearm, consecutive.
Lillian Roberts pleaded to second-degree murder and kidnapping charges for a sentencing agreement of 24-40 years behind bars, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
Gregory Walker pleaded to second-degree murder, kidnapping and felony firearm charges. His sentencing agreement calls for 40-60 years. . . .
Video footage from the scene captured the teen being forced into a car May 31 by a man, whom authorities identified as Walker, outside Nino’s Market.

Three adults kidnapping and torturing to death a 13-year-old boy, school girls being molested by lesbian teachers — these stories are not important. No coverage on CNN. Nobody knows, and so nobody cares.

There is a clear bias involved here. Do you think maybe the bias of major news organizations might have something to do with why Hillary Clinton is likely to be the next President of the United States?

The latest batch of Clinton emails to be released would be considered a bombshell in any other presidential campaign in American history. Sadly, given the lack of attention most of the media is willing to pay to them combined with the general propensity to focus on whatever Donald Trump said at his last campaign stop makes this pretty much another day that ends in a Y. Add to that the fact that pretty much all of the emails paint the same dismal picture of the lack of ethics on display in the Clinton clan and it seems as if people’s eyes just begin to glaze over.

Evil is winning. Democrats are pro-evil, and so is CNN.
