No Surprise: Herpes-Infected Feminist @eld3393 Is Against Marriage

Readers will remember Emily Depasse as the feminist who bragged about teaching sex to 12-year-olds in Baltimore during the #ShoutYourStatus campaign to “destigmatize” sexually transmitted diseases. The infamous feminist now wants you to know how much she hates marriage:
My Catholic grade school centered the purpose of marriage and sexuality around love and familial concepts. The cliché story where Mom falls in love with Dad, they get married, and their love creates a child, you. As I grew older, I came to disagree with this perspective as a lone ideology. During my junior year of college, I accepted a new definition of marriage, courtesy of my human sexuality course. The concept? Marriage as a business deal. While most of the class struggled to dissociate the idea of marriage without romance attached, it immediately clicked with me. . . .
American society’s concept of the ideal heterosexual marriage is a fantasy, a fetish that no one is willing to label as such. . . .
We receive shame from family members with each passing year that we spend single, or each year that a serious relationship doesn’t evolve into an engagement, or proves childless. People begin to wonder if something is wrong with you, or maybe you just haven’t come to terms with your sexuality yet. People search for any excuse to fulfill their need as to why you still check the ‘single’ box when they think it’s time for you to check ‘married’ instead.
Feminism: Pro-herpes, anti-marriage.

“People begin to wonder if something is wrong with you, or maybe you just haven’t come to terms with your sexuality yet.” Yeah, there’s something wrong with you. You’re defective. And those close to you, siblings, or whomever, are going to have to deal with your awkward aloneness as you age. They will have to take you to the doctor to deal with your illnesses and STD ramifications. They will have to support you one day, too. But by all means, reject marriage, children, a healthy body. Her hideous crime is teaching the children that this is a viable lifestyle. Who the Hell thinks this is a good woman to teach or even be around, children? There has got to be a way to put a stop to the programming that takes place at college for these women. And the price that is paid by the rest of us is growing. Look at this retard. Thing is, she was probably a good kid right up until her programming in college.

Unfortunately, it the only people taking care of her will probably be the taxpayers and the taxpayer-funded healthcare bureaucracy.

If things stay on their current trajectory, she’ll be a homeless bag lady because there won’t be any government funding for the welfare state.

,,,Do not understand how a disease like HERPES gives anyone a healthier and satisfying sex life…aren’t you spreading a terrible and incurable disease? I bet it makes your sex partners either ignorant or stupid!

Embrace the healing power of “and”.

How can you be proud of being a human toilet bowl?
July 31st, 2016 @ 11:43 am
I love the sleight of hand involved in twisting clear, economic benefits into the implicitly tawdry term “business arrangement.” The fact that all participants in stable, traditional family relationships are better off in all ways is casually cast aside in favor of . . .well, what, exactly? As best as I can tell, she believes youthful promiscuity with its attendant risks somehow trumps lifelong commitment to others, i.e. spouse and children. Yet again, we see people who are subconsciously miserable attempting to a) justify their own misery while b) dragging as many people into it as possible.

Sex is free but marriage has costs.
Uh, yeah. Sex is free if you don’t count STDs as “costs.” But right, to her they’re liberating.
The more I read of progressive thought, the less I can accept that they really believe any of it.
July 31st, 2016 @ 3:41 pm
My theory is progressives fall into two categories: 1) the ones who don’t believe any of it, but simply see how the ideology is great for gaining power, and 2) the ones who do because they are so broken, stupid or both that they find comfort in the excuses the ideology gives them for their failures.

Little Miss Herpes’ fantasy will implode on itself soon enough.
July 31st, 2016 @ 3:52 pm
Her, herpes has made her life healthier……… yeah…….. disease always = more healthy.
July 31st, 2016 @ 5:00 pm
Because all the money in the US will be transferred to the Clinton “Foundation.”
July 31st, 2016 @ 5:00 pm
There are those who use the progressive ideology and those that are used by it.
July 31st, 2016 @ 5:26 pm
The sad fact is that an incurable, painful disease like herpes may well be one of the best things that happens to feminists on a daily basis….
July 31st, 2016 @ 5:30 pm
Most are used by it. Stalin had a good name for that lot: Useful idiots.
July 31st, 2016 @ 5:32 pm
Yes but there are those pulling the strings…a small minority.
July 31st, 2016 @ 6:00 pm
I’ve reached the same conclusion. It’s hard not to reach it honestly.
July 31st, 2016 @ 6:03 pm
Hilarious. News flash – no one cares what confused ramblings your solipsistic navel gazing has farted out.
Let’s see. She has no experience being married,I’d childless, and demonstrates no understanding of the deeper moral and philosophical implications of marriage and monogamy yet she presumes to lecture the rest of us. The hubris! It’s mind boggling.
I do love the irony though. This is excellent news for humanity.
1) Proud of diseased herpes riddled crotch? Check!
2)Anti marriage, feminist, and a Darwinian dead end? Check!!
Ahhh… the nihilism of feminism. Utterly self defeating. The stupid… it burns

Just before the currency collapses…
Cell phone minutes. It’s the currency of the future. Everybody’s got them, everybody uses them, and we know how to exchange them.
July 31st, 2016 @ 7:47 pm
Oh, she’s a true believer. What gives the game away is this:
As I grew older, I came to disagree with this perspective as a lone ideology. During my junior year of college, I accepted a new definition of marriage, courtesy of my human sexuality course. The concept? Marriage as a business deal.
She freely admits her “modern” view is based upon indoctrination. You can bet your house, the traditional view of marriage was not favorably discussed in Human Sexuality, a course which is unsurpassed in its superfluity, given that humans have managed to figure out reproduction just fine for many millennia before some moronic university decided to grant a Ph.D. in the subject.
July 31st, 2016 @ 7:59 pm
I believe she’s saying that because it forces you to talk more in order to have [responsible] sex, and in her world that’s an improvement. (I think sex makes talking better, not the other way around.)
July 31st, 2016 @ 8:05 pm
“During my junior year of college, I accepted a new definition of marriage, courtesy of my human sexuality course.”
This is the key. This is what needs to be stopped before the mental disease of liberalism can be defeated.
July 31st, 2016 @ 8:47 pm
People go to college today to learn things an “uneducated” person wouldn’t even consider worth discussing, as being self evidently ridiculous.
As you note, humans figured out sexuality millennia before it even occurred to anybody to make it a university course of study.
July 31st, 2016 @ 10:53 pm
That’s just crazy enough to work. Think I might start hoarding minutes now. =)
August 1st, 2016 @ 5:48 am
“…the ideal heterosexual marriage is a fantasy…” Well *sure* but what about all the other kinds of marriage?
August 1st, 2016 @ 6:32 am
Sounds like a “you can’t fire me, I quit” scenario to me. She doesn’t want marriage because marriage doesn’t want her. Her human sexuality course gave her the tools to intellectualize the rejection.
August 1st, 2016 @ 7:56 am
Actually, marriage is a “business deal,” in some aspects, but where the lovely Miss Depasse veers off into the weeds is her notion that it is first and foremost a business deal. The truth is that marriage has evolved into an institution with some solid financial advantages, advantages which protect both the husband and wife, but that isn’t what it’s about.
August 1st, 2016 @ 7:57 am
From your keyboard to God’s monitor screen!
August 1st, 2016 @ 7:59 am
I denounce you for your lack of sympathy. And I also upvoted your comment.
August 1st, 2016 @ 9:52 am
It’s a partnership – and a business deal. And if you’re lucky, it’s with your best friend.
Historically, marriage was often a business deal. The current concept of it being primarily ‘for love’ is a recent development – brought about by increases in prosperity that made ‘marrying up’ as a way to gain social status and stature less of a thing…
August 1st, 2016 @ 10:52 am
Sure, why not? In any event it’s shoving a shit sandwich at somebody and expounding on the wonderful multigrain artisanal bread it’s made on.
August 1st, 2016 @ 10:54 am
Yeah, sometimes you’re so wrong that you go right around the continuum and end up being right.
August 1st, 2016 @ 10:55 am
You mean, like a non fantasy marriage in real life? Hmmm… tricky…
Reminds me of the joke about the economist who exclaims “Of course it works in practice! The question is, will it work in theory?”
August 1st, 2016 @ 11:12 am
I just think it’s funny that we now have this problematic subcategory of marriage called “heterosexual marriage”.
August 1st, 2016 @ 11:57 am
How’s that work? I s’pose that when she tells her man of the moment, “Hey, you might want to wear a rubber, ’cause I’ve got the Herp,” he says, “Yeah, no prob,” but says to himself, “Last time I’m banging this chick!”
August 1st, 2016 @ 1:36 pm
Maybe he says “Oh yeah, just realized I’m out… gonna run to the drugstore! Bye!”
And disappears into the night, never to be heard from again.
August 1st, 2016 @ 1:37 pm
You just determine to be the best damn human toilet bowl that ever was, that’s how, Mister!
August 1st, 2016 @ 1:42 pm
Before I gave up on him entirely, I read a piece by Stephen Fry more or less explaining his sexual stance.
Pretty typical – he had a crappy family life as a child. Of course, many of these drama queens create their crappy family life after the fact as self justification (q.v. Rachel Dolezal). And in typical progressive manner, since his was bad, every other one must be as well, and therefore the entire structure must be smashed.
Or look at it another way – nobody is perfect (save progressives’ intentions for the rest of us). Since perfection is impossible, then nothing is worth doing. Sort of Anselm’s Ontological Argument turned inside out. If you don’t have the “ideal heterosexual marriage” then no point in being in one at all. The best is the enemy of the good.
Me, I figure “ideal” is what meets your needs. But I’m a noted Pollyanna.
August 1st, 2016 @ 2:07 pm
Yep! They’re the ones that use the useful idiots.
August 1st, 2016 @ 2:08 pm
Condoms don’t prevent the transmission of herpes. Skin to skin is all you need.
August 2nd, 2016 @ 12:56 pm
It’s like the whole “sexually compatible” horseshit. You’re not fucking an alien.
We have “professionals” for everything now. It’s hilarious. One wonders if these life failures ever wonder how society developed and thrived pre therapy and pre “expert”..
