    It’s like how you can’t design a system that’s foolproof, because fools are so ingenious. No matter how extreme you get, even in parody, you can’t out-extreme an SJW.

    Okay. I don’t think it’s possible any more to mock these people by proclaiming obviously over the top statements. If you try, you’ll either find they’ve gotten there before you or that you have gained a rabidly progressive SJW following.

    As a side note, I have long suspected that L. Ron Hubbard started Scientology on a bar bet. Somebody like L. Sprague DeCamp bet him he couldn’t create a religion so ridiculous that it could never be taken seriously, and so he tried. And lost the bet. But gained a huge following of well heeled credulous simpletons. In fact, had Hubbard not done it I would have expected say, Keith Laumer or maybe Harry Harrison to have tried it.

    I mean, come on, not even James O’Keefe would have thought of infiltrating a Harvard Law event featuring Tzipi Livni and asking why she smells so bad. Because, hey, you know those dirty Jews, right?

    Could it be causal? They’re very credulous people, to believe what they do. Perhaps we should write stories in which (for example) a raging radfem comes to her senses while her n-count is still low — her sex-positivity being mostly theoretical — and realizes that actually, housewife would be a pretty sweet gig, with the right patriarch.
