    The Rubio-at-Univision story is wrong. I saw that live and I remember thinking Rubio was behaving like a slimy politician trying to put the best face on his flip-flop. But the translation at the link is not right.

    In short, Rubio:

    * Was asked whether he would rescind Obama’s DAPA and DACA upon assuming office. He said he would rescind DAPA immediately but would keep DACA for the time being because people have used it on good faith.

    * On being pressed, he said DACA would have to end not because he would pass comprehensive reform, but hopefully because comprehensive reform has passed.

    So in conclusion, he is being a slimy politician, spinning like mad, not quite a liar.

    In addition, that was a confrontational interview; the criticism of Rubio implies that he’s a Yassir Arafat-like figure, saying one thing in English and a different thing in Arabic (or Spanish.) In truth Jorge Ramos is a long-time foe of Rubio and it can be seen in the interview.
