More Proof the Devil Is a Democrat: Satanic Group Supports Abortion

Planned Parenthood’s gruesome trade in dead baby parts is not the only evidence of the abortion industry’s ghastly evil:
The New York-based “Satanic Temple” is filing a federal lawsuit against Missouri, claiming that state laws restricting abortion violate their “free exercise” of Satanism.
The suit identifies abortion as an essential religious duty for Satanists.
Missouri’s “informed consent” law educates women about the facts of abortion and what’s going on inside her body, and its 72-hour waiting period between initial contact and the major surgery of abortion is intended to give mothers time to think the information over before having irreversible, elective surgical procedure.
The individual that the Satanists are using to bring their lawsuit, “Mary Doe,” went to the St. Louis Planned Parenthood pregnant, and submitted a letter stating that her religious beliefs in Satanism require no informed consent and no waiting period before abortion. . . .
The rise of Satanism among pro-abortionists includes a group of abortion supporters chanted “Hail Satan!” at the Texas statehouse last July, during debate on abortion restrictions. In another instance, a Planned Parenthood supporter who disrupted a city council meeting, yelling, “All Hail Satan” as he was escorted out. . . .
Satanic Temple founder Doug Mesner told Detroit’s Metro Times that he would like to help abolish pro-life laws on the basis of Satanic religious beliefs. He added that gay “marriage” is a Satanic “sacrament.”

Demonic madness grips their evil minds: “God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth” (II Thessalonians 2:11-12 KJV), because they “became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened . . . God gave them over to a reprobate mind” (Romans 1:21, 28 KJV).
Often we find that the “sophisticated” reader is made uncomfortable by this kind of chapter-and-verse citation, because the educated reader expects to encounter only secular rationalism in public discourse. People actually become offended: “How dare you quote that King James stuff at me?” Yet you see how the prophetic authority of the Bible is revealed, because everything keeps happening as the Bible foretells it.
The delusions of those who “believed not the truth” are leading them to destruction. As “the wrath of God is revealed from heaven” (Romans 1:18 KJV), it condemns not only the satanic wickedness of those who celebrate the abortion holocaust, but also our nation as a whole comes under God’s judgment. Our apathy and corruption leads us to tolerate this blood-soaked injustice, making possible this evil in our midst.
Has anybody else noticed @AmandaMarcotte cackling with satanic glee today? Because she particularly delights in lies, death and cruelty.

Becoming complicit by our silence, we also are at risk of “strong delusion.” Surrounded by cruelty, perversion and dishonesty — so common we scarcely even notice it — life in this sin-filled society presents us with another danger against which the Bible prophetically warns: Even many Christians become confused by “profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called” (I Timothy 6:20-21 KJV) and will be deceived (Matthew 24:24 KJV).
“Especially important is the warning to avoid conversations with the demon. . . . He is a liar. The demon is a liar. He will lie to confuse us. But he will also mix lies with the truth to attack us. The attack is psychological, Damien, and powerful. So don’t listen to him. Remember that — do not listen.”
— The Exorcist (1973)
There is no need to exaggerate the danger, because the danger now is so great that it is impossible to exaggerate it. Satan is among us and the Devil knows his time is short (Revelation 12:12 KJV). Spending the past year and a half researching radical feminism, I have seen over and over the reality of this hideous evil: Young feminists delight in blasphemy even as they are consumed in the suffering of deranged madness.
Everywhere we look now, we see people gripped by “strong delusion.” Contemplating the phenomenon of feminist witchcraft — no, seriously, I’m not making this up — I explained the movement’s history in the final chapter of Sex Trouble:
Women’s Studies professors were among those who promoted this modern revival of witchcraft. On Mother’s Day 1989, Boston University professor Mary Daly organized a theatrical event she called “The Witches Return” which concluded with the assembled cast on stage chanting, “Power to the witch and to the woman in me!”
Crazy? Of course, it’s crazy, but the lunatics who believe this are esteemed professors, and their evil madness is part of the university curriculum. It’s actually in textbooks now.
“In the early twenty-first century, many women participate in revivals of ancient woman-centered religions. . . Wicca, or witchcraft . . . is a Goddess- and nature-oriented religion whose origins predate both Judaism and Christianity. Current Wiccan practice involves the celebration of the feminine, connection with nature, and the practice of healing. As Wiccan practitioner Starhawk suggests, witchcraft encourages women to be strong, confident, independent and to love the Goddess, the earth, and other human beings.”
— Susan M. Shaw and Janet Lee, Women’s Voices, Feminist Visions (fifth edition, 2012)
Do you see that this is not some kind of marginal “extreme” feminism? These women are not obscure figures — they are both tenured professors on the faculty of the department of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Oregon State University — and their book is not a shabby project published by a fringe radical cult. Women’s Voices, Feminist Visions is published by McGraw-Hill, which calls it a “leading introductory women’s studies reader.” On the back cover of this 677-page textbook is praise from Utah State University professor Camille Odell, who calls Women’s Voices, Feminist Visions “my top choice for my introductory class in women and gender.” A brand-new copy of the sixth edition sells for $123.42 at Amazon, where it is ranked the #2 bestseller in Gender Studies textbooks and #16 in Feminist Theory.
Are we surprised that the Satanic Temple is campaigning for abortion rights in America, when feminist professors have made witchcraft part of the curriculum at state universities? As I struggled to make sense of this, a famous Old Testament commandment came to mind: “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil . . . therefore choose life” (Deuteronomy 30:15, 19, KJV). And that’s why I concluded Sex Trouble with this paragraph:
We must choose life and, having made our choice, we must pray for divine protection in our struggle against the forces of Death and Evil. You may not believe in witchcraft, but the witches do. And when feminists gather in their covens, you can be sure that they are not praying to the God of Life and Good.
Be afraid, America. Be very afraid.

Paine also died wishing he had not written Age of Reason. Even Paine came to his senses at the end, although it was too late. One of the women present at his death said she would never attend the death of another atheist.
Your pontifications, make it clear that your religion is you.

The two camps think they are different, but operationally, they are identical. One is open and honest about who they serve, the other is simply deluded.
Satan doesn’t care what you do here, as long as it does not include repentance and making Christ Lord and Savior. he’s just as happy for you to go to hell in ignorance as he is you knowing you are serving the father of lies. He’s destroyed you either way.

Your attempts to reason with this guy are admirable but likely futile.

I’ve notified Wombat of the troll. He’ll take care of it. I gave him a chance. Some don’t take the chance, even if it’s Christ’s outstretched hand handing him the chance.

I don’t see his point. But I also already knew that Oz had its share of rednecks too.
It was funny at the end however. The disembodied drum dancing around the yard was pretty good.
A good metaphor for Cyberats, though. All SJWs in fact.

I’m not sure why anyone continues to engage with the philosophical lightweights who troll these posts about abortion. They refuse to acknowledge any moral dimension to that practice beyond personal expediency, and then attempt to dress up their casual dismissal of the immense ethical dilemmas by repeating a laundry list of talking points gleaned from Planned Parenthood or NARAL. The fact that they cannot intellectually grasp the moral problem with one human subjectively determining whether another being is also human and therefore worthy of life demonstrates only a stunted emotional and intellectual growth.*
*N.B. the absence of any reference to theology. Indeed, the honest secular humanist would find the practice of abortion as abhorrent as does the devout Christian.

QUIT FEEDING THE TROLLS.

No.
I just don’t think your beliefs should control the actions of others.
I’m more interested in what you do.

Just in case you missed it, my base claim on this thread was that Wiccans and Satanists are not the same and I think it’s wrong to link them because they are #notChristian.
Insults don’t impress me no matter what your creed.
July 18th, 2015 @ 3:09 pm
We disagree there too.
You’ll no more accept why than they’ll accept your One True Faith.
Can you accept the disagreement without making snide comments about their faith?
July 18th, 2015 @ 3:30 pm
I’ve been around wiccans and neo pagans since 1970 and it is in fact a “faith” that is simply made up from myths, TV shows ,Sci-fi books , and whatever. It is damn hilarious when people talk about their tradition which was just made up.
July 18th, 2015 @ 3:43 pm
Strictly speaking, you’d have a hard time finding a religion that didn’t use the stories of the times.
Stories are how we pass on ideas, some good, some bad, some challenging.
I think the best stories are the ones that get you started without telling you when you finished. How you get there and what you do along the way are your choice. So is how you treat other people along the way.
July 18th, 2015 @ 5:39 pm
Then quit complaining about other people’s opinions.
July 19th, 2015 @ 11:50 am
Will you stop claiming people are evil because of labels? Will you quit trying to build them up into a huge threat, despite the fact that most of them haven’t actually done anything to threaten you or yours?
July 19th, 2015 @ 1:01 pm
Cite examples of my having done so, if you would be so kind. Examples of your complaining about other people’s opinions, on the other hand, abound in this very thread.
July 19th, 2015 @ 3:56 pm
You’re right. You called their religion “not genuine.”
I had you mixed up with someone on another board with a similar nickname. I apologize.
