    If you think Jeb’s a good idea, understand that he’s absolutely pro amnesty, his brother gave us no child left behind, and then watch his speech during the 2012 election RNC meeting where he said the cure to all of our problems was funneling money into inner city schools. Jeb’s a progressive.

    I don’t want to get too zany with the heckler veto. I’m only specifically not going to vote for Jeb. I really hope Romney works on. . .whatever.

    Maybe some day we can get back to the point where the President presides and the Congress legislates. I think Romney would make a great executive – but it’s like we’re auditioning these guys and gals to be dictator.

    Actually I hope Jeb, Mitt and Christie all run, as their campaigns would all be aimed at the same element of the primary electorate. Perhaps this would allow some time to sort out the actual conservative candidates. One of the reasons the Republicans usually end up with a Dole or a Romney is the conservative base doesn’t unite behind a single candidate soon enough. In the last cycle the notMitts dejure were felled one after the other. There has to be some way to stop this litiany of squishes being nominated. If some way isn’t found to nominate conservatives there won’t be anymore Republican presidents no matter how well they do in senate, house, governor and down ballot races.

    It’s a free country, and Mr Bush can run if he chooses. But to get the Republican nomination, he has to win the primaries; if he does, that will mean that the Republican voters chose him.

    Without question. Where do you think Jeb Bush stands on bailouts for mega banks on losses due to derivatives trades? It’s unbelievable that after just six years they’ve undone a prohibition on bailouts for derivatives losses and stronger regulations on trades. This leaves the economy vulnerable to a small group of super predators, and tax payers on the hook. Warren at least stood up in this and pushing to break up the banks. I can think of no single more important issue.

    I know that we just had an election and it is way early to make predictions for the next election, but I’m going to make one anyway.

    Jeb Bush is going to run the Thad Cochran Mississippi Strategy and he’s going to do it in a big way. He made statements recently about winning without the voter base, and there is only one way to do that.

    I’m predicting that Bush wins the GOP 2016 nomination using millions of Democrat voters while playing the race card like a community organizer. I think what happened in Mississippi was a trial run for what they’re planning for 2016.
