Emerging Awareness Update
Posted on | December 8, 2014 | 93 Comments
In last year’s Windsor decision, the Supreme Court decided that its own “Emerging Awareness” Doctrine made sodomy the lawful equivalent of holy matrimony. Those of us who criticized that decision were ridiculed as alarmists for warning that Justice Anthony Kennedy’s decree would have bad consequences. Am I the only one who has noticed that the news has gotten increasingly weird since then?
A 54-year-old Massachusetts man has been arrested and charged for impregnating a 12-year-old girl . . .
Elbert Richardson, of Brockton, MA, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault on a child under 14. . . .
The victim . . . went to the hospital in need of medical attention and it was there she discovered that she was eight months pregnant. Authorities say that she was unaware of her pregnancy prior to the hospital visit. The girl was reportedly raped in April, and after learning that she was 32 weeks pregnant she told police that Richardson was the father. . . .
When word spread that the victim was pregnant, Richardson’s wife told the witness that a “13-year-old boy down the street” impregnated her
Richardson’s wife has defended her husband, saying that the allegations are false and that she has never witnessed him sexually abusing anyone. . . .
“We’re going to get DNA and the DNA is going to decide whether this young lady is telling the truth or whether the defendant is telling the truth. It’s one of those situations that does have a very permanent resolution to it,” Judge Ronald Moynahan said. “It’s not going to be a, ‘He said, she said’ once that DNA comes back.”
Elbert Richardson’s wife defended him because she believes in civil rights, you see. A child molester is presumed innocent until the DNA evidence proves he got the 12-year-old girl pregnant. It’s just like the way Hillary Clinton pretended to believe Bill Clinton’s claim that he didn’t have sex with Monica Lewinsky until the stain on Monica’s blue dress proved Bill and Hillary are both liars. Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania:
Necrophilia motivated a man to fatally shoot his stepdaughter last month, according to a Pennsylvania prosecutor.
Gregory Graf recorded himself sexually abusing the body of Jessica Padgett, Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli said on Friday. The video was discovered a day earlier on Graf’s computer, the prosecutor said.
Padgett, 33, was last seen alive on Nov. 21, when she left work at a day care center. Graf was arrested five days later after police found her body buried behind a shed on the property where he lives with Padgett’s mother.
Graf, 53, is being held without bail on a homicide charge. The fencing company owner confessed to killing Padgett, a recently married mother of three, according to Morganelli. . . .
Morganelli said Graf will be charged with abuse of a corpse. . . .
(Which is still illegal, despite the Windsor ruling.)
‘He videotaped it,’ Morganelli told Philly.com.
‘So there’s a videotape of him abusing the corpse sexually.’
Morganelli said he believes that Graf took his stepdaughter’s life in order to abuse her as a corpse.
‘I believe it was a direct motive, in my opinion,’ Morganelli said, ‘and that’s what we’re going to be arguing.’
Because the alleged abuse occurred after Padgett was killed Morganelli will not be able to seek the death penalty.
Philly.com reports that under Pennsylvania law rape and murder allow prosecutors to pursue capital charges but sexual desecration of a corpse does not.
Liberals can thank the ACLU for saving Gregory Graf from the “cruel and unusual punishment” of the death penalty. Now, if only Justice Kennedy and the Supreme Court could do something to help our society end the ignorant prejudice of necrophobia . . .
Meanwhile, I’m waiting for feminists to blame these crimes on the patriarchy because, after all, both cases were heteronormative.
Dark sarcasm may be in poor taste, but it’s not illegal. Yet.

A child molester is presumed innocent until the DNA evidence proves he got the 12-year-old girl pregnant.
Um, yeah, he should be presumed innocent until found guilty. And the word of a twelve year old girl shouldn’t be enough to begin crucifying him in the court of public opinion. If the DNA comes back proving that the child is his, then throw his ass in a deep, dark hole for the rest of his life. But if it comes back that he isn’t the father, that would put serious doubt on the girl’s accusation.

And Kennedy was the conservative trying to persuade Roberts to do the right thing on Obamacare…

It’s hardly surprising that Mr Richardson’s wife defended him. Women will defend lying scumbag husbands on almost any charge; see Janay and Ray Rice for details.
And it is always possible that he isn’t the father; fortunately, we now have a way to test for that.
December 8th, 2014 @ 10:50 am
Fortunately the DNA will settle the matter. However it’s unlikely that Elbert Richardson would have allowed his wife to witness him sexually abusing a 12 year old, and furthermore how does she know the 13 year old boy impregnated the girl 32 weeks ago?
December 8th, 2014 @ 10:51 am
Of course, it’s entirely possible that Mr Richardson had raped the girl, but that he still isn’t the father.
December 8th, 2014 @ 10:54 am
My guess is that the girl and the 13 year old boy have *some* sort of relationship (not necessarily sexual), and the wife is looking for some other plausible reason for the girl being pregnant. She may not actually know for sure that the boy is responsible, just making a guess.

Most people (well, pretty much ALL people) are not ready for the sudden onslaught of satanism that’s about to pop. Satanists are about to come out of the shadows and say, “Guess what religion was ALWAYS for anal sex, homosexuality, bestiality, inter-generational sex, anti-monogamy and drug use? Yup. Us! We’ve ALWAYS been the intellectually superior religion, and ignorant prejudice and oppression forced us to live in secret.”
You’re all going to be blindsided by the incredible speed with which satanism becomes “the hip thing.” It’ll blow your mind.

The depraved are a very unfortunate part of existence.
Sadly, permanent removal is not an option in many juridictions
December 8th, 2014 @ 12:10 pm
There was plenty of perversion in the world before the Lawrence and Windsor decisions, there just seems to be a bit more of it now…

Y’see, THAT’S the million-dollar question for every form of government/culture, be it capitalism, communism, socialism, theocracy, etc., etc.: What do you do with those in your populace who are your ideological enemies?
In most cases, it’s “Let ’em be,” because you believe that they are a minority. Well, then comes the day that they aren’t. Do you fight back? And what the hell does “fight” even mean? Do you shrug and surrender?
December 8th, 2014 @ 12:30 pm
Then again, the 54 year old is from Massachusetts. Enough said.
December 8th, 2014 @ 1:03 pm
If that does actually happen, then you’re right: I’ll be blindsided by it (despite your warning), and it’ll blow my mind. I just can’t picture it.
December 8th, 2014 @ 1:34 pm
It’s heternormative, and you forgot to denounce yourself. The lack has been noted by our “betters.”
December 8th, 2014 @ 1:36 pm
Thanx to Kennedy, it’s a lot more open now.
December 8th, 2014 @ 1:43 pm
Are you suggesting that satanism and leftism aren’t the same thing?
December 8th, 2014 @ 2:00 pm
About to pop? My dear fellow, I should think it’s already exploded!
December 8th, 2014 @ 2:19 pm
Not ideological, but those who intentionally commit acts that harm others.
December 8th, 2014 @ 2:19 pm
You seem to be struggling, as we all do, with the spelling of the new leftist nomenclature. I suggest we go with something catchy like het-norm-cis-pat…or is it cis-het-norm-pat?
December 8th, 2014 @ 3:05 pm
But do ideologies eventually harm?
Commies took over all of education merely by getting jobs as teachers; a slow process that seemed innocuous. How does a culture defend against that? That’s my question.
Islam WILL take over Europe if something isn’t done. So what is that “something”?
December 8th, 2014 @ 3:08 pm
One allows/enables the other, but they are not the same thing.

My brother brought a friend from Arkansas out here to Tacoma. Mt. Rainier was covered in clouds, so all that was visible were the wee little foothills. The Arkansan asked, “Which one of those is Mt. Rainier?” My brother jokingly pointed to one of the bumps at random.
The next day, Rainier was visible in all it’s glory, and the Arkansan was bowled over by the sight.
No, Satanism has not exploded yet.

Not for nothing, but wasn’t knocking up teenagers sometimes as young as 13, a common, and defended action in the conservative south up until pretty recently? I doubt anyone back then was defending it via liberalism, leftism, or civil rights, either. Just sayin….
December 8th, 2014 @ 3:45 pm
It was common for 13 yo girls to get knocked up by 54 yo men?
Source please.

Delving into the origins of radical lesbian feminism reveals a fake ideology that is a mixture of sheer male phobia combined with clever arguments to justify perversion and hatred. It does this by wrapping up the entire package as one of anti-oppression, whether by reason of that phobia or purposefully.
It attaches itself to a thing like Jim Crow or women’s rights in order to garner compassion and credibility. While there is truth to the idea there is discrimination against homosexuals, it is also true some people just hate, and institutionalize and rationalize that hatred as best they can. That blurred line between discrimination and radical feminism’s own bigotry is one radical feminism has exploited to the max. When discrimination is present, there is no need to claim a Gulf of Tonkin like all heterosexuality is oppression and that men use it and also rape and the incest taboo to control “women” (read pedophiles, incest).
Just as the gay rights mens’ movement has distanced itself from NAMBLA, the gay rights women’s movement needs to distance itself from radical feminism. When Simone de Beauvoir is your most venerable figurehead, lightbulbs should be going off. The fact they don’t shows there may be an equivalent to NAMBLA baked into the ideological origins of this brand of feminism not present in the mens’ gay movement.
Of course that’s been mainstreamed to the point people like Amanda Marcotte unwittingly become water-carriers for “allies” that may be stranger than she knows. She’d realize that if she ever really examined her own stances.
People just cannot get it through their heads that the human failure that drives a neo-Nazi can be expressed in other identities. The fact Nazism also once claimed oppression, demonized the fundamental identity of its opponents and had its own Gulf of Tonkin in Sudetenland to disguise naked aggression should make more lightbulbs go off.

Case 1: Your objection seems to be that we just don’t skip the trial and string the bastard up. I prefer the whole innocent until proven guilty approach. As much as I despise Kennedy’s approach to constitutional law, I don’t think you can lay the blame on him that we let the guy have a trial first before we sentence him.
Case 2: If I am following your criticism correctly, you are talking about the 1972 SCOTUS decision. But, I don’t think there is anything in that decision that would prohibit a state from making murder for the purpose of necrophilia a capital offense.

Could you even have one without the other?

Uhhh, I’m from the South, and while younger marriage wasn’t uncommon, you are really referring to 17 and 18; even 16 was rare.

That depends on the culture. A couple cops in Florida just lost their jobs cuz the FBI revealed they were KKK. That could be Communist Party depending on the tenor of the culture. And we used to deal with immigration by directly banning it from Asia. Culture creates laws. The real issue then becomes how does one control culture.
December 8th, 2014 @ 4:50 pm
Contrary to popular belief, marriages younger than 16 historically have been rare. When they do occur, it’s often more an economic arrangement than any real expectation that the participants will start a family any time soon.
Most women married between 16-20, while men generally married in their late twenties, after they had established their careers and could support a family.

I vote for “cis-het-norm pat,” with just two dashes for the compound adjective.

I absolutely love that the AVfM article on Simone de Beauvoir has climbed up to near the top of the third page of her Google search results (with “private results” turned off). I’m sure that the prominent article here helped (and it’s at the top of page 5).

As we know, politics is downstream from culture — and when I recently heard an internet news segment about jailbait songs, it was fleshed out (so to speak) with songs about 17 year-olds. Apparently, even rock-and-roll stars have their limits.

The DNA is back and Bill Cosby is the father. New evidence has turned up in the second case leading authorities to believe Bill Cosby was holding that video camera. And now the UN is calling for sanctions against Bill Cosby after learning he ordered Israeli jets to bomb Syria.
December 8th, 2014 @ 7:03 pm
De Beauvoir is frequently treated as some grande ol’ dame of equal rights feminism without a hint of awareness. Feminism is increasingly the biggest con in American mainstream pop culture today. The more successful they are the more scrutiny they’ll attract. They make no secret of the daffy bunnies they hold sacred. Just that much further to fall when Dworkin’s magical 17th century Hobbits and witch genocide come to light. Real feminists hold signs like “Equal pay,” not “No Mo Incest Taboo.”
December 8th, 2014 @ 7:41 pm
I’ve read that she may have lied when she said she married at 13…
Her Wikipedia article says she’s falsified her age and was actually 15 at the time!
December 8th, 2014 @ 7:49 pm
Even “equal pay” is actually code for anti-marriage anti-motherhood — but that’s more of an aggressive agreement than a disagreement. Not only do average, everyday “coffee shop” feminists have no idea where their words come from, they also don’t understand the implications.
December 8th, 2014 @ 8:03 pm
The once influential lesbian paedophile organisation “Butterfly Kisses” has gone off the radar completely… I wonder if they’ve really disbanded or just gone underground!
December 8th, 2014 @ 8:19 pm
According to “that guy” at the bar, leftism and Jewish people are what go together like that. I think that the answer doesn’t really have much to do with the question.
December 8th, 2014 @ 8:24 pm
I never heard of them before, but people like that don’t change their minds. They might pause, but they don’t stop.
December 8th, 2014 @ 8:41 pm
These things are not new.
Years ago, When we took a newly deceased woman to the morgue, a female staff member always accompanied her. When asked why, we were told it was to prevent the corpse from being abused. That was 50 years ago, so I don’t think the Supreme court could be blamed for this perversion.
as for 12 year olds being pregnant: I’ve seen several cases in my 40 years as a physician. Nowadays, however, they are usually aborted, so fewer case are seen.
December 8th, 2014 @ 9:01 pm
Pretty much. In “Albion’s Seed” David Hackett Fisher noted that in the British migrant waves, while men did tend to marry later, very young marriage was rare in both the settlers and their counterparts back home.
Generally, youth marriage only happened in the highest social strata to cement alliances or preserve holdings.

Unsubstantiated accusations & ad hominem seem to work well at the daily Krock Of S**t, but you’ll need to head on back to troll school if you expect to get anything other than well earned scorn at TOM.
You might want to skip the repetitive Frankfurt School RAAAACISM tripe as well. It’s old & tired
