The #RapeCulture of Planned Parenthood

Enabling rapists because . . . choice!
Planned Parenthood abortion clinics have come under fire countless times over the years for not reporting cases of statutory rape to authorities as required by state law. Now, in Arizona, officials says the abortion giant failed again to provide the proper report to authorities about a victim of a young man who is a serial rapist.
Not only did Planned Parenthood intentionally fail to report the rape but, in so doing, it allowed the rapist to rape as many as 18 or more teenage girls, authorities say, making it so the abortion company is partially responsible for victimizing them as well.
Tyler Kost, 18, is accused of raping or molesting at least 18 girls, most of them fellow classmates at Poston Butte High School. He is being held without bond in the Pinal County jail.
In forensic interviews with Sheriff’s Office sex crime detectives, a girl who says she became pregnant after Kost raped her last year visited a Planned Parenthood clinic with her mother on New Year’s Eve. According to the report, her mom told the staffer about the sexual assault during the visit.
“The counselor intentionally miscoded the assault as a consensual encounter,” the PCSO report states. “The counselor told them that they did not want the hassle of having to report the assault to law enforcement as they were a mandatory reporter.”
That’s a violation of Arizona law, which requires all suspected sexual abuse incidents be reported to law enforcement.
How did this kid become a serial rapist before he was old enough to vote? Maybe the backstory has been published somewhere.

This from CBS News:
“SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. — An Arizona teen accused of multiple sex crimes against one underage girl has been re-arrested as the number of potential victims climbs to 18, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) said Thursday evening.
According to CBS affiliate KPHO, police had been investigating allegations that 12 more girls were victimized by the same man, 18-year-old Tyler Kost, of San Tan Valley in suburban Phoenix. Now sheriff’s investigators say another five cases have been identified, and they expect the number of victims to continue to grow.
Kost had posted bail after he was arrested on Monday, reports the station. After he was picked up again, detectives requested that he be held on a “no bond” status, PCSO spokesman Tim Gaffney said.
Nearly all of the potential victims are high school students, according to sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Pat Ramirez. Investigators said that one girl was only 13 years old, while the oldest victim is 17.
“Once we started looking at it, it immediately started to mushroom,” said Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu. “We absolutely believe there will be far more victims that are out there.”
The station says Kost is a student at Poston Butte High School. After he was apprehended Monday, he was booked into the Pinal County Jail (PCSO) on two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
In one case, Kost threatened, harassed and told one of the victims to kill herself, deputies said. The girl attempted suicide and was hospitalized, Ramirez said. KPHO reports that even with the victim in the hospital, Kost continued to harass her, causing her to leave the state.
In another case, the station says, a victim became pregnant after she was allegedly raped, according to PCSO. “One of the victims actually became pregnant because of the sexual assault, and she subsequently had an abortion,” Babeu said. “These are horrible crimes that cannot be tolerated in our community.”
The initial arrest reportedly came after a citizen tipped off a Pinal County sheriff’s detective assigned to the Persons Crimes Bureau.
Around the same time, officials with the Florence Unified School District say Kost came into their office to report being bullied, says the station. At that time, Kost was not aware there was a simultaneous investigation of the sex assaults with him as a suspect.
The alleged attacks happened in several places, says the station: “He would assault these young female victims in their own bedrooms, in his bedroom, in the desert, at a community pool, at community parks,” Babeu said.
Detectives said that because of his youthful and innocent looks, he was not perceived as a threat.
A judge set bond at $10,000, which was quickly posted and Kost was released from custody on his own recognizance and was back with his family, until Thursday — not even required to wear an monitoring bracelet according to KPHO.
A spokesman with the Florence Unified School district said late Tuesday that Kost has been officially suspended from school.
Detectives are continuing the investigation and additional charges are pending.”

He has an entry on reporting that he was a baseball player and NHS member, which may have given him significant prestige. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office claims that he covered his activity because he is not only a highly skilled, charismatic, and convincing liar, but a controlling, dominating personality who threatened and intimidated his victims into silence while claiming that he was the one being bullied and abused. http://www.veooz.com/topic/tyler_kost.html Evidently, no one in authority wanted to believe that that this apparently fine upstanding pillar of the high-school community was a walking crime wave.

I linked this in a different thread, but I’ll link it again because I added it late. Check out this video of the Reverend Dr. Levon Yuille getting an award from the Frederick Douglass Society. (Skip to 4:40 if you want to get to Dr. Yuille’s remarks – about 7 minutes, tops) and you’ll see that he pulls no punches with regard to Planned Parenthood.

So, we “need” legal abortion in cases of rape.
But the abortionists don’t want to report the rapist because “reasons”.
I hope they put this rapist’s head on a pike, with the abortionist’s head right next to him…

First, I admit that I’m torn on abortion. There are times I think it might be justified. I do agree that not one cent of taxpayer money should go to abortion clinics, nor should they have “tax exempt” status.
But yes, if there is a law, then it must be uniform. No “special considerations,” no overlooking, no convenient misplacing the case file. The man should be held accountable.
Planned Parenthood should have all operations suspended in the state. Criminal charges should be filed. And civil damage suits should be brought.

No one is going to like this, but from what I’ve read here, it looks like Mr Tyler may be a rapist in the same way Kaitlyn Hunt was a rapist, having had sex with girls who were unable to legally consent, but practically consented.
The judge released Mr Tyler on a small bond, without any electronic monitoring, which doesn’t sound like Mr Tyler was accused of forcible rape. In Arizona, the age of consent is 18, but there are allowances made for up to a two year age difference. That means that, if there was practical consent, Mr Tyler cannot be charged with statutory rape of any of the girls who were 16 or older, or 15 if the contact occurred when he was still 17, or 14 if the contact occurred when he was 16. It looks to me like his biggest problem is that one of the girls was 13.
The lovely Miss Hunt was offered a plea deal, which she was too stupid to take, which would have given her not even a slap on the wrist, no jail time, and no sex offender registry requirements. Unless there are allegations which claim that Mr Tyler engaged in forcible rape, I think that you can look forward to something similar being offered to him.
May 6th, 2014 @ 6:09 pm
Obviously you missed the part where he threatened and intimidated the girls and actually harassed one girl so much, she tried to commit suicide.
This kid is a sexual predator and steps need to be taken so he doesn’t do it again.
May 6th, 2014 @ 6:18 pm
I didn’t miss it at all; I considered the statement in the context of events. That’s how he has been described, but the judge, who had to have had some evidence presented to her, didn’t seem to think that he was a serious threat to the community.
Could the judge be an idiot? That’s always possible, but my impression, in reading everything which was linked here, is that he’s a guy who happens to have away with girls, and who uses it without any moral constraints.
I will absolutely charge what I’ve said, as soon as evidence is presented that he used force, that one or more of the girls didn’t give practical consent. I would have expected such facts to have been immediately presented, if such facts existed.
May 6th, 2014 @ 7:17 pm
The evidence that it was a genuine rape was presented by the Sheriff’s office to the judge in the first place. http://www.kpho.com/story/25382530/az-teen-suspected-of-sexually-assaulting-13-girls. The Sheriff’s office had requested a bond of $100,000, but the judge reduced it to $10,000. http://www.wfla.com/story/25396906/neighbors-upset-over-sex-assault-suspects-low-bail
Within the week, the PCSO came back with 5 more victims and enough confirming evidence to convince a judge that he should be held without bond at all. It sounds as if the Sheriff’s office was miffed, and I don’t blame them.

Planned Parenthood protecting a serial rapist, imagine that. Guess he was their number one sales rep. And we’re accused of a war on women. Indeed.
May 6th, 2014 @ 7:18 pm
String him up by his nuts?
May 6th, 2014 @ 7:26 pm
Obviously, there was a conflict of interest. You can’t expect Planned Parenthood to help apprehend their top suppliers of knocked up teenagers.
May 6th, 2014 @ 7:59 pm
I read both of the stories you linked, one of which was linked her previously. Allow me to quote from the first one:
Emphasis mine. Now, no charges of kidnapping have been filed — at least, none have been mentioned — so I assume that the girls went to his bedroom willingly. No charges of breaking and entering have been filed, so at least the initial impression is that he was invited into the girls’ bedrooms.
Not one charge, not one allegation, makes a case that the girls didn’t consent to this!
If the girls were more than two years younger, then it’s statutory rape, and the 13-year-old girl is a real problem for him, but everybody is talking about this guy like these were cases of forcible rape, yet none of the stories give an indication of that at all. Without some evidence that one or some of the girls did not consent, or that force or date-rape drugs were used, this guy is going to wind up being treated similarly to Kaitlyn Hunt.
May 6th, 2014 @ 8:27 pm
If he enticed them into a bedroom or some other secluded location and then forcibly had his way with them, is that still rape even without burglary or kidnapping?

It would be, but there haven’t been any stories that such is alleged.

In one case, Kost threatened, harassed and told one of the victims to
kill herself, deputies said. The girl attempted suicide and was

the hospital, Kost continued to harass her, causing her to leave the
state.

And in a manner so violent, we can’t describe it on air, reports show kost raped the victim asking “Does that feel good, baby?”
Several weeks later the victim learned as a result of the attack, the victim “…became pregnant” and made “…appointments at the Planned Parenthood.”
There she “…disclosed the assault to a counselor…”
According to these reports that counselor “…intentionally miscoded the assault as a consensual encounter.”
May 7th, 2014 @ 5:17 am
It is called statutory rape because the Arizona legislature decided in
those cases, the victim could not lawfully consent. So all your talk
about “practical consent” shows a complete misunderstanding of why a legislature enacts a statutory rape law.
May 7th, 2014 @ 7:21 am
Didn’t you read what I wrote before commenting?
Whether you believe it’s right or not, our law enforcement system does treat statutory rape differently from forcible rape; that’s why Kaitlyn Hunt was offered such an easy plea bargain — which she fouled up by not taking — and that’s why you see a lot of these cases where the stat rapist gets a minimal sentence.
Arizona’s law also has a “tolerance” built in, in cases where there is two or fewer years difference in age between the two people involved. Mr Tyler is 18 now, but the stories place the incidents over three years, and that takes potential victim ages down to 13, depending upon the time frame. His legal problems start when one of the girls is more than two years younger than him, and, while the stories are unclear, they make it sound like one of his girls was only 13 when he was older than 15.
Unless the prosecution introduces some evidence that the sex was not consensual, in a practical sense if not a legal one, this guy won’t get more than a slap on the wrist.

[…] The #RapeCulture of Planned Parenthood – Yet another tragic example of them hiding rape. People who kill babies for a living will do all sorts of evil things. Planned Parenthood* kills babies for a living, they systematically hide rape, incest and sex trafficking, they encourage kids to have all sorts of out-of-wedlock sex and pretend that it can be done without risks, they would rather destroy a breast cancer charity than part ways amicably, they commit Medicaid fraud, they teach kids the joys of BDSM, and so much more. Their leaders and abortionists get rich off of death and misery, aided by your taxes. They use some of that money to fund propaganda telling women that if they aren’t willing to kill their children that they can’t be equal in value to men. […]

I want to know why HEP-B vaccines are given to babies, when it wears out after 10 years. I’m against Vaccines, and I’ll plug the experimental vaccines you tube channel that is just amazing (and factual).
Also HEP-B is a mostly sexually transmitted disease, so is the government planning ahead that our children will be raped by pedophiles, and they needed to be vaccinated against HEP-B to help pedophiles avoid detection in the first 10 years of their life?
http://www.youtube.com/user/ExperimentalVaccines
England and Australia are well known for their highly placed pedophiles.
May 7th, 2014 @ 11:09 am
the local 3rd world hospital jabbed my lovely baby daughter Mary with a HEP-B non-name vaccine before I could stop them. The situation in Vietnam is different than the west. about 15%-30% of All Women have the disease I think, so they give all Babies the injection to be on the ‘safe’ side rather than doing the blood-work. Vaccine science can work but with people like Bayer making the injections – and Bill Gates quotes saying he’ll use vaccines to control population – it makes you worry. Also WHO just predicts global polio outbreak – there was none in the Philippines until the NGOs came along after the Typhoon and gave oral polio vaccines to all the kids.

A. All we know is what is being put forth by orgs that have less than an objective viewpoint and may or may not be relating the facts or may not know the facts.
B. The “victims” may or may not be. Since even adult women have resorted to lies and false stories to justify or explain or excuse their actions to those they would feel ashamed to tell the truth to, how likely is it that a number of these girls are not being truthful about the circumstances or have been counseled by their parents to do so?
C. There are quite a few details being withheld. (one of the reason I feel that privacy laws “protecting” victims have to be mediated by concern for the accused. Letting the public know who said what may bring forth testimony by others who have been falsely accused or threatened with such.)
