Listen, Tommy, you smarmy little creep.

His first job for Obama was as the driver of a press van, and he rose up the ranks through the 2008 campaign, and then the White House press office, to become the National Security Council spokesman.

You went to some little liberal arts school in Ohio, where you may or may not have been introduced to a few key points before getting hired by #OccupyResoluteDesk:

  1. You do not leave men to die in combat.
  2. If you, or your pathetic boss, is such a worm as to fail to grasp Rule 1, you need to come clean immediately and beg forgiveness from your betters, whose sacrifices over the years keep craven worms in nice suits and ties.
  3. Your best bet is to find a nice liberal think tank to swim in once the rodeo clown is out of office. With good fortune, I’ll avoid ever encountering you in person and sharing unfiltered views with you.

    It’s amazing that vets not only have to deal with:

    * the indignities of having benefits removed
    (or rejected for reasons having to do with
    politics),
    * with various levels of PTS and familial hardship
    * and the same sorts of attitudes similar to those
    that greeted Vietnam returnees
    but now they are expected to restrain themselves in the presence of puling, anti-military suckups like Vietor. One day he’s going to run into the wrong sort of veteran.

    I saw this episode. He actually called Brett Bair “Dude”. Brett threw the “Dude” right back at him with a condescension so thick I thought it was going to stain Tommy’s too cool for school slim fit suit. Had it been me I would have smacked his stupid orange face. A little off topic, but Jay Carney’s obsession with FOX news is getting bizarre.

    This worthless lying little punk is the best argument FOR bullying I’ve seen lately. With enough bullying, he might have been molded into something that could at least imitate a man for short periods, instead of an arrogant pissant who was sent to Fox as an insult in the first place.

    They are arrogant with their lies now. Listen to Carney: “It wasn’t about Benghazi” preparing talking points for a rare 5-show Sunday after the attack, mentioning Benghazi and “Americans harmed.” The guy is blatant now, and the Old Media is suffering trying to give him every benefit of doubt, but it keeps getting harder for them.

    It takes Team Kimberlin levels of self-delusion to be a Democrat these days, but it seems many are up to the task.

    I seem to recall extensive congressional inquiries, press inquiries and a special prosecutor’s investigation that ran on for six years.

    That special prosecutors investigation only ended when Lawrence Walsh coughed up an indictment of Caspar Weinberger on a process crime (his testimony about a point of scant interest 15 months after the fact contradicted some contemporaneous notes on the subject he had voluntarily donated to a public archive), secured this indictment just before a presidential election, and secured it even though he knew prosecution of the offense alleged was time-barred). At this juncture, George Bush the Elder was so exasperated he shut down the office by executive order and pardoned a mass of people they had in their gunsights.

    While we are at it, you recall that their star defendant was convicted on three (3) counts of a 23 count indictment. This conviction was later vacated due to the prosecution making use of congressional testimony off-limits due to a grant of use-immunity. You’ll also recall that the three count conviction concerned ancillary matters (accepting an unlawful gratuity, &c).

    Of course, having banged the drums in 1987 for a case like no other of prosecutor run amok and then done so again in 2003 regarding the most urgent case of who said what to whom when about Valerie Plame’s employment history, partisan Democrats want no investigation of this most recent scandal. They do this and do this with the utmost arrogance because they have no capacity to evaluate anything dispassionately and decently. Some of us remember when Democrats were not sociopaths.

    In fairness, the interviewer was asking him if he was the one who had edited a particular set of ‘talking points’. Since public relations bilge is what he was paid to produce and since this administration is up to its eyeballs in vocational flacks, its not surprising he could not remember at a 19 month interval whose b.s. this was; it all runs together.
