Sexual Equality, Sexual Decadence: The Emerging Menace of Female Predators

Christy Smith had sex with a 15-year-old boy.
“A jury has found a former Lancaster County teacher guilty of having sex with a 15-year-old student in 2008.
“It took less than an hour for the jury to return with the verdict Wednesday against 35-year-old Christy Smith.
“The jury convicted her of four counts including sexual assault, corruption of a minor and involuntary deviant sexual assault.”
— “Pa. teacher convicted on teen sex charges,” Associated Press March 27, 2014
In 1999, I interviewed Wendy Shalit about her book, A Return to Modesty. She told the story of a guy making an advance and complaining that she needed to get over her “hang-ups,” to which Shalit replied: “I don’t have hang-ups. You’re just a pervert.”
Women have traditionally been the gatekeepers of sexual orthodoxy, the arbiters of virtue in American society. Therefore, advocates of unrestrained perversion have devoted enormous effort to attacking the “hang-ups” of morality that prevent most women from fornicating with the ghastly shamelessness of “Belle Knox.” If sexual liberationists can persuade women to screw around with the reckless abandon of drunken sailors on shore leave, their self-appointed task of destroying American morality will be complete.
This is the project of “pro-sex feminism” and, as with all utopian social-engineering projects, the common-sense objection occurs: If this vision is so desirable, why have 5,000 years of human history left no record of a successful society based on such principles?
Erin Queen had sex with a 17-year-old boy.
“The life of Shasta and Adam Belty’s son was turned upside down when he got mired in a sex scandal with a Sand Springs teacher. . . .
“Erin Kathleen Queen, then a 27-year-old English teacher at Charles Page High School, was arrested on March 17, 2012, after the Beltys became concerned about their 17-year-old son’s whereabouts.
“The teen eventually told his parents he was at the Candlewood Suites near 71st Street and Mingo Road with Queen, and the Beltys immediately contacted police.
“She was booked into the Tulsa Jail on a first-degree rape complaint but later charged with second-degree rape and a misdemeanor charge contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The latter of which was included based on allegations she’d supplied the Beltys’ son with vodka.
“The charges were dismissed last week when Queen pleaded guilty . . . to a felony count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. . . .
“‘It’s very frustrating to us that she basically got a slap on the wrist,’ Shasta Belty said.”

Sober reflection leads responsible adults to the conclusion that traditional morality — denounced by feminists as a “social construct” of the “heteronormative patriarchy” — was based on an understanding of human nature more accurate than the abstract theorizing of the intelligentsia. If human nature is immutable, what will be the effect of changing the rules of sexual behavior to fit their radical philosophies?
We cannot safely predict any specific result. However, we can expect that many bad consequences will follow, including consequences which the advocates of “liberation” tut-tutted as impossible when they were mentioned as hypothetical objections before the sexual revolution. The harms inflicted under the New Order will be often bemoaned by the liberationists, and cited as proof of the need for still more radical measures, despite the objections of traditionalists who point out that these woes are a direct result of previous radical “reforms.”
The Washington Post offers feminist Jessica Valenti op-ed space to argue that we need to keep talking about “rape culture,” coincidentally providing Valenti a chance to promote her book about “Female Sexual Power.” But what if female sexual power is actually a major contributing factor to rape culture? This paradoxical possibility isn’t something anyone at the Washington Post is willing to consider, yet the celebration of aggressive promiscuity in the name of “empowerment” may be implicated in all kinds of unintended consequences:
There was nothing outwardly headline-grabbing about Bryana H. French’s latest study, published in the august and largely unread pages of Psychology of Men and Masculinity, an academic journal that typically reaches an audience of dozens. While her findings were depressing, they were depressingly banal: according to French and her team of researchers at the University of Missouri, “sexual victimization continues to be a pervasive problem in the United States.” Well, we know that.
So why the media scrum? Because the authors concluded that “43 percent of high school boys and young college men” — yes, boys and young men — “reported they had an unwanted sexual experience and of those, 95 percent said a female acquaintance was the aggressor.”
In a press release, French pointed out that “the victimization of men is rarely explored” and concluded hopefully that her team’s findings could “help lead to better prevention by identifying the various types of coercion that men face and by acknowledging women as perpetrators against men.”
The idea that boys (those sex-obsessed little monsters) could be victims of “sexual coercion,” while young girls (so often on the receiving end of clumsy and aggressive sexual advances of the sex-obsessed little monsters) could be perpetrators is, to many, both counterintuitive and unlikely.
“This is such an under-discussed topic,” clinical psychologist Dr. Barbara Greenberg told The Daily Beast. . . .
“I really do believe that girls are more aggressive sexually today than they were ten years ago, and I haven’t seen the same trend in boys. I think it has a lot to do with the hook-up culture where there’s this permission to get involved physically without getting involved emotionally. Boys were always expected to be the sexual initiators, and now girls are doing the initiating.”
So, “girls are more aggressive sexually today,” which Jessica Valenti and other feminists would certainly applaud as liberation and equality, an exercise of “female sexual power,” no matter what the parents of young victims might say. And in case you haven’t noticed, boys are not the only victims of “more aggressive” women. Careful readers may notice a recurring theme in the following stories:
Amanda Feenstra had a lesbian affair with a 17-year-old girl.
“A former dance director at Humble High School who admittedly had sex with one of her female students, even inside a classroom, learned her punishment for the crime.
“Amanda Michelle Feenstra pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication and probation. She was charged . . . after authorities learned of the year-long relationship she had with a member of the ‘Wild Cadets’ dance team.
“Police said Feenstra engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with the student from August 2010 to November 2011. The student was 17 years old when the relationship began and Feenstra was 30. . . .
“The student’s mother accused Feenstra of stealing her daughter’s innocence.”
— KHOU-TV, “Former dance director at Humble High sentenced for having sex with student,” Oct. 23, 2013
Sarah Blessing had a lesbian affair with a 17-year-old girl.
“Assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor Christie Bevacqua told Judge Joseph Paone that Blessing assaulted the girl after the girl’s mother asked Blessing to ‘watch out for her’ because the girl was struggling through a difficult time.
“‘The betrayal of trust is a huge thing here,’ Bevacqua said.
“The victim’s mother told Paone that Blessing had groomed her daughter for a long period of time before assaulting her. ‘She took my daughter’s innocence away,’ the mother said.”
— Middlesex (N.J.) Home News Tribune, “Former Bishop Ahr swim coach gets jail, probation for sex with student,” Sept. 30, 2010
Jaymee Wallace had a lesbian affair with a 14-year-old girl.
“There’s no way a 14-year-old can consent to a relationship with an adult. . . . She took away her innocence. My daughter trusted her, and she deceived her.”
— Tampa Tribune, “Mom Of Minor In Teacher-Student Sex Case Speaks Out,” June 17, 2008
Kaitlyn Hunt had a lesbian affair with a 14-year-old girl.
“She definitely took our daughter’s innocence away, in a way that should not have been done.”
— ABC News, “Fla. Teen Jailed for Same-Sex Relationship With Underage Girlfriend Ready to ‘Move On’,” Feb. 14, 2014
Parents say that their daughters’ innocence is being lost to lesbian predators, and this seems to be an increasingly common occurrence:
- Kelly O’Rourke, 42, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in October 2013 for having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
- Andrea Michelle Cardosa, 40, was charged with 16 felony counts in February after two former female students accused her of sexually molesting them. One accuser said Cardosa started having sex with her when she was only 12.
- Nicole Wooten was arrested in February 2013 on charges that she had sex with a girl in 2005 and 2006, when the victim was a 12-year-old eighth-grader.
- Linda Wallace was sentenced to prison in September after pleading guilty to having had a four-year sexual affair with a female student that began when the girl was 13.
- Tonya Drueppel was arrested in January on charges that she had sex with a middle-school girl beginning in October 2012, when the victim was 13.
Parents who invoke lost innocence in expressing disapproval of their teenage daughters having sex with lesbians are “bolstering up a highly heteronormative hierarchy,” as feminist Jess McCabe says, because “this concept of virginity, in a sense, invalidates queer sex,” as feminist Hew Li-Sha says, and as feminist Erin McKelle says: “Heterosexuality is the norm, and virginity just works as reinforcement to this.” The feminist message is consistent: Don’t be misogynistic homophobes, parents!
Feminism means equality, and radical ideologues aim to make women equally deviant, equally perverse, equally abnormal, so that women can equally molest young girls and boys.

This is disgusting, and the willful indifference to these atrocities on the part of the left is grotesque.

Feminists are still pleading for a lesbian exception to age of consent and statutory rape laws because, FEMINISM!
March 29th, 2014 @ 9:12 pm
The feminist view is that women can’t rape men because men are so powerful. That thought and the idea that a man would be ridiculed for saying he was raped by a woman. The other thing is that social norms are changing to basically say “what goes on between two consenting humans is their own private business”, every time a female teacher is arrested for having sex with a student. There is no discussion an about whether a 13 yr old can make a rational decision to consent to sex. There is no discussion about why we are seeing a rash of these women popping up in the news compared to days of old. There is also no discussion about the double standard that is employed in the courts of public opinion between a male vs a female teacher charged with sex crimes. 100% of the time a male is charged and there are mobs at the jail saying hanging is too good for him and that he needs to be burned ar the stake and then drawn and with maybe a quartering following that maybe some dunking into a river or deep lake while tied to a boulder. Whereas a woman is almost celebrated for her ability to seriously screw up young children’s minds after sexually assaulting them or raping them. The men out there older than 18 but younger than 50 wonder where those teachers were when they were students and some of the women defend her by saying a woman can’t rape a male.
This is perverse and it is destructive because if you want to attack “rape culture” you need to admit that your side is just as guilty. Yet just like race relationships in this nation, the only people guilty are the majority whom in this case are men.

Using the Bible as a history text, see Sodom and Gomorrah, the destruction of a town and it’s people because of sexual deviancy.
Or take a gander at the fall of Rome when bread and circuses and sexual deviancy became the norm and the citizenry became ripe for conquer.

Jeez, you’ve really turned into the sex police ever since this chick from Duke started making some videos and putting them on the internet.
March 29th, 2014 @ 9:29 pm
Jeez, if you have been paying attention, RSM has been beating this drum for years. And it’s good that he does because the MSM sure as hell doesn’t report on the sexual deviancy becoming more prevalent these days.
March 29th, 2014 @ 9:33 pm
You must be new here. RSM has been informatively reporting on our society’s dive into deviancy and depravity for years. As far as social re-engineering goes, Marxism advocates for the use of sex as tool to this end. It stands to reason that an observer of the ‘progressive’ phenomenon, would be thus be reporting extensively on this particular subject.
March 29th, 2014 @ 9:36 pm
I know. I understand that. I just miss the funny RSM a bit. He used to be around more back in the day.
ETA – I know this has been said a lot but it still makes me wonder. A fair number of these teachers I see getting popped for banging students look to be pretty hot. I don’t understand that. Most of them could probably have most guy they like, and in fact many of them have husbands at home, but they get their rocks off banging 16 year olds who probably haven’t the slightest idea where to even begin? I never understood that.

This blog post should have been better titled,
“Why Feminists Love Female Pedophiles”
or
“We All Know Liberals Love Pedophiles But Do You Know They Like Them Lesbian More Than Gay & Straight?”
You are welcome.
March 29th, 2014 @ 9:58 pm
I don’t want to say you’re concern-trolling. Maybe you just haven’t paid attention closely.
As Mike G points out, I’ve been writing long-form about feminism for quite some time. See, for example, “Re-Reading Susan Brownmiller: Confronting the Radical Facts of Feminism” from March 2011 — three years ago.
The proximate cause of the more recent writing about sexual decadence was the Kaitlyn Hunt case. When that first made headlines in May 2013, it seemed as if the gay rights movement was trying to turn her into the Trayvon Martin of lesbianism. What I perceived — and very few others seemed to recognize this — was that in the wake of the Windsor decision, some activists were trying to leverage gay sympathies to create a “lesbian loophole” in Florida’s age of consent law. This was a potentially serious threat, and they had the ACLU behind them, in a case that could have effectively voided age of consent laws everywhere.
Unfortunately, most conservatives have become so gun-shy on “social issues” that they avoided the story altogether and, because so few were paying attention, I felt the need to go all-out. Critics might say my coverage was excessive, but somebody had to do that job.
As a result, I’ve picked up a lot of readers and Twitter followers who call my attention to stories like these, and it’s become kind of a regular feature — Sex Freak Updates, as it were.

He is a man on mission. A true movement conservative set on framing the debate that always falls back on the larger “liberals are bad and conservatives are good” narrative.
I’m guessing he will keep doing this for marketing reasons until there is an in fight among the conservatives for ideological purity generally before elections.
March 29th, 2014 @ 10:27 pm
These teachers are pedophiles. Any guy and their husband aren’t nearly so enticing as jailbait whether in male or female form.

It’s not a narrative.

Look around. It’s pretty much the way of the world these days. As it was prophesied, but that’s another discussion.

The hotness isn’t limited to teachers. The truly disturbing issue for me is the leniency these women get when they are caught. Back about 2005 Debra Lafave was busted for her ongoing affair with a fourteen y.o. boy. Her attorney argued that she was too pretty for prison. Of course since that time almost every attorney uses the same argument when representing a female pedo who’s guilty as sin. Look at cases in this link and see if you spot a trend. Also note that Stacy isn’t the only one who has blogged on this.http://blog.al.com/spotnews/2014/03/hot_for_teacher_more_cases_or.html

Although I enjoy all the topics explored here I think your attention to these sexual predators is important because most people are unaware how much of this kind of deviancy is out there. I admit I never put together the link of radical lesbian feminism with the predatory grooming that heretofore was only associated with male perverts. I know you’ve opened my eyes to the problem. What you’re doing is exposing another piece of the puzzle that is the leftist campaign of destroying the American moral compass. This used to be completely under the radar. Kudos for bringing this depraved sickness out into the light, while we still might have the chance to wake America up to what’s going on.
March 29th, 2014 @ 11:46 pm
It’s a power trip. A way for the radical feminists to stick it to the man. Literally.
March 29th, 2014 @ 11:57 pm
Leftists are more than willfully indifferent. The majority of uthem actively celebrate the breakdown of this country’s morals. They hate the Idea of Americanism. It’s that simple.

Women have traditionally been the gatekeepers of sexual orthodoxy, the arbiters of virtue in American society. Before the pill and abortion women kept their legs together because sex had consequences. Never in all history have we seen a time like this. It used to be that women would say to men, ‘is that all you have on your mind?’ Now that women are unhindered by pregnancy they have revealed themselves as worse than men ever were. ‘ Size matters ‘ because they’re all sluts now. Disapproval on the part of men is oppression. Being a slut is empowering, just ask Miriam Weeks.

March 30th, 2014 @ 4:31 am
Alas. And Liberals are not just bad, they are evil.
March 30th, 2014 @ 6:50 am
Let me rephrase that. The good/bad phrasing is convenient and easy, but it’s not quite correct. It’s more properly “Liberals are wrong and Conservatives are right.”
Also not a narrative.
That liberal policies and attitudes lead to bad behaviors and defend bad people doesn’t make all liberals bad. Just wrong. That you project the good/bad construction on us is telling; it confirms the axiom “Conservatives think Liberals are wrong, Liberals think Conservatives are evil.”
Although many of us (myself included earlier) are beginning to feel much more strongly about the good/evil idea when faced with what appears to be overwhelming evidence the past 15 years.

My knowledge of this solely anecdotal based upon being the father of two teenage sons. I can say, young girls are much more forward, to the point where the attention becomes very uncomfortable for teenage boys. It’s all part and parcel of the Lefts attempt to destroy social mores which have kept us in good stead for generations.

And, of course, NAMBLA is all about “man-boy love.” Just goes to show the left’s narcissism. They only see the needs of their own little sub-groups.

Their belief that men can’t be raped because they have the power is just like their belief that blacks can’t be racist – also due to a power issue.
Makes me wonder: in the relationship between John F. Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswald, which one of them was referred to as “the most powerful man on earth” and which one wound up doing damage to the other?

“My knowledge of this solely anecdotal based upon being the father of two teenage sons. I can say, young girls are much more forward, to the point where the attention becomes very uncomfortable for teenage boys.”
This is something I began noticing in the 1980s. When I was a teenager, the rule was that girls never called boys on the phone. But by the late 1980s, as permissive attitudes became the norm, and as more girls had their own separate phone lines, one heard complaints from the parents of teenage boys that their sons were practically besieged with girls calling them all the time. A seemingly minor change in etiquette, abetted by technology, proved to be of enormous cultural significance.

Well the feminist don’t want to talk about women being evil rapist. Simply because if even 1% of that 50/50 spilt of the demographic is just as guilty then it throws their meme off that it’s men whom are rapists and all who are born with a pen is shall be burned at the stake. Read the cultural message and attend some of the anti – sexual assault training that feminist groups offer and it’s all men who harass, assault, rape. There is no discussion about women just to saw it’s statically insignificant and that sexual based crimes are a man and a man’s only thing.
March 30th, 2014 @ 11:37 am
True enough. My brother’s worst nightmare occurred when a girl called the house for him and my mother picked up the phone. (This was back in the paleolithic of single land lines, i.e. 1974 or so.) My mother’s greeting: “Don’t you know girls don’t call boys on the phone?” Click. With cell phones, of course, it’s worse.

Morals don’t come from being American. It comes from having faith in something greater than one’s self and practicing that faith through religion. The Left is of Satan and does his work, and fight positive, life-affirming morals at every step.

I equated morals with Americanism because a) this is where I live and b) America is the last hope of the Judeo-Christian ideal. Europe embraced moral relativism and Islam moved in to fill the void. If we let the leftists kill God, religion and morality in this country then it’s game over.
