Via Instapundit, Harry Reid again underscored why he’s the Worst Senator EVAR yesterday, going after the Koch brothers in an unseemly manner.

Reid charged that Charles and David Koch, who are tied for fourth place on the Forbes list of 400 richest people in the United States, violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, citing a 2011 report by Bloomberg Markets magazine.
“These are the same brothers whose company, according to a Bloomberg investigation, paid bribes and kickbacks to win contracts in Africa, India and the Middle East,” Reid said on the Senate floor. “These are the same brothers who, according to the same report, used foreign subsidiaries to sell millions of dollars of equipment to Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism.”

Read Reid’s Reedy wheezing in its entire despicable non-glory. Because, you know, a Senator giving people a fair trial and stuff before smearing them in the Senate is soooo last century.

    Representatives and Senators cannot be held accountable for anything they say while in those chambers. Time and again Reid has used this safe haven to smear his political opponents. Las Vegas Harry is the king of thieves and the father of falsehoods.

    She was an early booster of Warren’s, and also recorded “Carmelita,” “Hasten Down the Wind,” and “Mohammed’s Radio.” Probably second in promoting his early career after Jackson Browne, who found Warren in Spain singing country music in a tourist bar and convinced him to return to LA.

    Is this the same Senator Reid who first came to Washington with a total worth valued at under $400,000, and is now a multi-millionaire because he wrote legislation requiring the USAF to buy real estate from Reid’s “partner”? I know Harry is not a Christian, but even the Devil is doing the face-palm on this one.
    I propose “Harry Reid’s Law:” No congressperson is exempt from all laws and regulations and court judgements that apply to ordinary citizens.

    The Koch brothers come in at #59 in political contributions in the last 25 years. Soros alone gives more money to one activist group, Think Progress, each year than the Kochs donate altogether.

    Of the top 16 donors, 11 are labor unions.

    My favorite Reid corruption is when his cronies bought a parcel of useless desert land in the middle of nowhere, and Harry not only managed to force the planned Interstate highway to be moved 30 miles to cross it, but also managed to force an interchange be built there, making the worthless property worth millions overnight, which he was then allowed to “buy” into at the pre-highway price.
