Bill Schmalfeldt Proves Me Right
Posted on | October 23, 2013 | 98 Comments
After more than a month of Bill Schmalfeldt claiming I was “served” with the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., lawsuit at a Maryland address, Schmalfeldt published the registered mail receipt reproduced below, which proves conclusively that I was not served. Schmalfeldt is now claiming that there is a “story” here, but what could that story be?
If you look closely — click on the image to enlarge — you see that Kimberlin did not check Box 4 (“Restricted Delivery”), and so anyone could sign for receipt. What we are likely to see, alas, is a repeat of the “Who is Jerry Fletcher?” act Schmalfeldt pulled last year:
“By 5 pm today, October 26, Eastern Time, you will write to me . . . and tell me everything you know . . . Is he Jerry Fletcher? WHO is Jerry Fletcher. I want it all, Doug.”
Right. Who is “Doug”? And who is “Jerry Fletcher”? Who is the woman who signed for this package? And why would anyone care?
What this proves is what I said all along: I have not been served in Maryland, because I don’t live in Maryland, and if Schmalfeldt thinks there is a “story” in why a woman in Maryland signed for a package — “WHO is Mrs. Ford? I want it all, Stacy!” — he’s insane.
But we already knew Bill Schmalfeldt is insane, eh?
However, Schmalfeldt has also proven me right in another way: Bill is working closely with his “excellent friend” Brett Kimberlin, and this is a crucial point in the lawsuit:
4. Defendants falsely wrote that other targets of theirs were part of “Team Kimberlin” and published that Plaintiff controlled, paid, and directed this vast network of “unsavory” operatives.
Hasn’t Bill Schmalfeldt just proven he is part of “Team Kimberlin”? I mean, he’s got privileged access to Kimberlin’s legal proceedings. And, meanwhile, Bill Schmalfeldt has also proven his Team Kimberlin colleague “Xenophon” a liar:
“Robert Stacy McCain never acknowledges errors or mistakes. For example, in May of 2012 he claimed to have left his home in Maryland for fear of Brett Kimberlin. But this week, Kimberlin’s process server found him at the same address where he lived last May.”
— “Xenophon,” BreitbartUnmasked.com, Sept. 20, 2013
Kimberlin didn’t hire a “process server.”
Nobody “found” me in Maryland.
They were lying all along, just as I said all along.
UPDATE: John Hoge explains:
Maryland Rule 2-121 requires that service via mail be “by certified mail requesting: “Restricted Delivery — show to whom, date, address of delivery.” The Restricted Delivery box on Line 4 is not checked, so the letter carrier gave the mail to whomever would sign for it. The mail was signed for by someone named Ford, so it was not delivered to Stacy McCain.
One of the lawyers discussing Brett Kimberlin’s performance in the raft of frivolous suits he has filed against my codefendants and me used the phrase “amateur hour.”
May God always grant us foolish enemies.

“Stace,” in addition to Wee Willy Schmalfeldt, anal rape enyhusiast and adjudicated harasser (I think you should always note that BS was found guilty of violating a criminal harassment statute), the following people have implicated themselves either directly or via go-betweens as members of Team Kimberlin: NR, Melissa Brewer, BU, Xenophon, Osborne …. Who have I left out?

Schmalfeldt was crowing about the great legal minds in Maryland, until he lost. Then he launched into an anti-woman screed about Zoa Barnes. That is why I don’t believe a word he says about anyone. He’s liar.
October 24th, 2013 @ 8:36 am
Of course he is, but my opinion of his intelligence and ethics were already low. He has entered the Schmalfeldt zone with this one. No wonder he is so easy for NR to manipulate.

Schmalfeldt really needs to read “Journalism for Dummies” (or have someone read it to him to help with the big words). He seems to think it’s acceptable to reach an unsupported conclusion (Stacy was served) and then try to make the facts fit that conclusion (Hey, some random lady signed for mail address to Stacy. That is PROOF that Stacy signed for the mail!). The pure ignorance of that is mind boggling. My conclusion is that Bill Schmalfeldt is a moron. But unlike Bill, I have plenty of facts to support that conclusion.

You omitted “Occupy Rebellion.”
There seem to have been various “subcontractors” — Neal Rauhauser fanboys, I suppose — including the notorious troll T.J. Sterling.
Except for “Breitbart Unmasked,” Schmalfeldt and Rauhauser (all of whom have demonstrable direct relationships with Kimberlin), any of the others could simply be fools who have bought into the conspiracy-theory narrative of this bizarre episode.

My conclusion is that Bill Schmalfeldt is a moron.
Most of us reached that conclusion long ago.

Even fools can be named in counterclaims. Especially adjudicated criminal, cyberstalker and anal rape enthusiast, Willy Schmalfeldt. “It puts the lotion on its skin.”

An interesting side note – is there trouble in paradise? Did Kimberlin give the “story” to Osborne before he gave it to his sycophant, BS? Hhm. Is Schmalfeldt, criminal harasser and anal rape fantasist, falling out of favor?

What is astonishing is that they are posting this and claiming it to be prrof that *their* story is true. They claim that this is some record of “Brett Kimberlin’s process server” having delivered something to RSM at this address.
This is just straight out insanity.

So would I be correct to assume that BK could have a photo of Ms. Ford handing the letter to RSM (which he doesn’t), and RSM still would not have been properly served due to the lack of Restricted Delivery?

True. But then a fake number would show up as an unknown or unused number on the USPS.com website or it would show a package going to very different location. In this particular case it pulls up info that corresponds to what is shown in that photo. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=70122920000093099908

Kimberlin could also be rewarded with some rather substantial sanctions for wasting the court’s time. They don’t take such things kindly. Even the raving libtards on the bench need something they can sink their teeth into, even if it’s a bit thin.
October 24th, 2013 @ 8:19 pm
Speaking on behalf of “professional” letter carriers, I’d like to know what moron delivered that certified letter. The regular carrier should have known that Stacy wasn’t at that address anymore, and a sub should have made sure that there was a Robert Stacy McCain residing at that address before allowing someone else to sign for a certified letter.
sheesh!
