WHY BRETT KIMBERLIN MATTERS

‘Speedway Bomber’ Brett Kimberlin was sentenced to 50 years in 1981
“Kimberlin seemed to be the only one with a possible motive — to distract police attention from the Scyphers murder and delay or halt their quiet investigation of him.”
— R. Joseph Gelarden, Indianapolis Star, “Kimberlin case a maze of murder, deceit,” Oct. 18, 1981
“It is very easy to decide ‘this isn’t any of my trouble’ and permit vicious behavior.
“Who wants to get involved? Easier, and surely safer, just to duck one’s head and hide, and hope the danger visits someone else. . . .
“And why should you stick your neck out?
“Hey, it’s not like the Conservative Media is supposed to cast a spotlight on injustice, stick up for the common man abused by bullies, or fight leftist outrages.
“It’s not as if we’re supposed to fight the fights that others shy away from, right?”
— Ace of Spades, May 22, 2012
Most people don’t understand this story.
Most people don’t follow all the links and read every story. Sure, I’ve sold a couple dozen copies of Mark Singer’s 1996 book, Citizen K: The Deeply Weird American Journey of Brett Kimberlin, and so that’s a couple dozen readers who know the background of Brett Kimberlin’s vicious lifelong career of dishonest criminality. He has never apologized for his crimes and has falsely blamed others — including the victims, the witnesses and the prosecutors — because he is a monster who delights in evil, who hates justice and truth. And he likes to believe that he can intimidate people who speak the truth about him.
Guess what? Brett Kimberlin got caught.
Guess what? Brett Kimberlin lied.
Guess what? We refuse to be intimidated by a lying criminal.
Did you know that Brett Kimberlin’s associate Neal Rauhauser has expended tremendous effort trying to “dox” Ace of Spades?
I’ve only mentioned that a couple of times along in the past 17 months, because Ace doesn’t like to make a big deal about it. Nor have I mentioned certain other targets on the “Team Kimberlin” list who have sought my assistance, and whom I helped by the simple expedient of slamming “Team Kimberlin” as hard as I could.
The innocent shall not suffer, if good people have courage.
Not that I am brave. Yet the greatest source of courage is God, the knowledge that God answers prayer, and that the Lord of Hosts can command ten thousand angels to do His will. Whom God would save, no man can destroy. Whom God would destroy, no man can save.
Brett Kimberlin is an atheist who has hated God since childhood.
Why does Brett Kimberlin matter? We’ll try to explain. Tonight, bloggers are invited to join @Ali Akbar and I on Blog Talk Radio:

Oh please! The issues that were taken to the Federal Courts were rightly Federal. Yes they lost at the two lower levels, no one has said any different. SCOTUS, however, has simply ignored the issues that were rightly before them. They have done that kind of trash before and the entire picture is one of illegitimacy and shirking of their duty. You can disagree if you like, but that’s not the same as my being wrong.

The end of rule of law began in 1865 at Appomatox Court House. Teddy Roosevelt, then Wilson, then FDR pretty much ended it, with the coup de Grace LBJ’s “Great Society.” It’s been a long time coming.
