Thug Family Values: Kaitlyn Hunt Plea Deal Prompts Bitter Rant by Her Father

Kaitlyn Hunt’s family was featured on the Today show, May 23
The headline at Viral Read:
Kaitlyn Hunt Takes Plea Deal
in Florida Teen Sex Crime Case
Having sex with a 14-year-old is a crime in Florida, and the criminal sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt pleaded “no contest” today in Vero Beach, accepting the deal offered by prosecutors. It was the third such plea bargain Kaitlyn had been offered and, if she had taken the first deal back in May, nobody outside Indian River County ever would have heard of this foul-mouthed tattoo-covered teenage pervert.
Her parents didn’t think their precious little snowflake had done anything wrong, so they rejected the plea deal and decided to make their daughter The World’s Most Famous Sex Offender.
The Hunt family raised more than $30,000 from people who want to legalize sex with 14-year-olds (or at least, gay sex with 14-year-olds) while Kaitlyn flagrantly violated conditions of her pre-trial release, committed new crimes and, in the end, “Free Kate” did not go free.
Imagine my shock when I saw this statement by her father:
Oh, the poor little pervert! All those “vile, horrible and misogynistic tweets from a band of homophobic, racist haters”! Gee, Steve, I’d already finished my article at Viral Read when Jeanette Runyon sent that to me on Twitter, but I decided I needed to add just a few details at the end:
In a statement issued before Thursday’s hearing, Hunt’s attorney Julia Graves promised a campaign to legalize sex with 14-year-olds, saying that Hunt plans after her release from jail “to work with supporters and lawmakers toward a change in the law for teenagers attending the same school, no matter what their sexual orientation is.”
An attorney for Jim and Laurie Smith, parents of Hunt’s underage victim, issued a statement on their behalf: “It was never the intent of the Smiths to harm the defendant and this case was never about gender or sexual orientation. It was about age appropriate relationships and following the rules and laws of our society. They are relieved that this chapter of their life is behind them and that now they, and their daughter, can focus on the future.”
On Facebook, Kaitlyn Hunt’s father Steven R. Hunt Jr. released a bitter statement blaming the prosecution, which he said “used the law to beat up Kate,” the state of Florida (“because it perpetuates laws that criminalize adolescent behavior”) and the Smith family, saying that the victim’s parents “chose to hide behind moralistic ideas.”
Kaitlyn’s father is a former police officer who was forced to resign from the West Melbourne police department in 2004 after an internal affairs investigation found he “pressured a victim not to file a battery charge.” He was arrested on fraud charges in April 2012. He and Kaitlyn’s mother are divorced, and both have remarried.
Steven Hunt, arrested for fraud, April 22, 2012
Go ahead and read the whole thing. You’re a thug, Steve Hunt. Your family is despicable trash, and your daughter is a criminal pervert.
That ain’t my problem, Steve. It’s your problem, and it’s your fault.
Remember when you were going to shut down my blog? Fuck you.

In that case, I hope they haven’t reproduced again. This gene pool needs to stop right here.
Luckily for society, Kaitlyn Hunt is a lesbian.

[…] I was going to let #FreeKate go today, and take some time for other tasks, but it seems that the Hunts and their supporters simply cannot stop engaging in threats. First up, Robert Stacey McCain has the detains of how the Hunts continue to bully others, and make … […]

Are you sure about that? That’s what we all thought at one time about homosexual “marriage”…

You’re being sarcastic, right?
October 4th, 2013 @ 2:27 am
Yep. If others weren’t aware, that was meant as sarcasm.

You have a point there, Jay.

If it wasn’t apparent at first, they revealed themselves over time. I couldn’t have made-up a story as twisted as the one Stacy uncovered!

So the dude, the tatted up thug in the hoodie, selling crack and meth for a living, bangs a dozen girls from 12 to16, gets each one preggers, dumps them for the state to raise his spawn — he gets a pass. No charges as a sex offender. A 19 year old girl who’s a relationship with a 14 year girl that’s about as stable as any adolescent relationship can be — well, she’s criminalized. Yeah! That makes SOOOO much sense. Think of that the next time you see a teenage welfare “mother” buying cigarettes, soda, and Lotto tickets with her welfare money.
May everyone of you morally bankrupt losers be faced with a gay loved one who’s a teenager. Since your from the Grinch family tree, this applies: “Your soul is an appalling dump heap overflowing with the most disgraceful assortment of rubbish imaginable, mangled up in tangled up knots!” God help your young, gay family member because she/he ain’t getting any from you.

In that case I know these people so well that I frighten myself.

Good grief honey, pay attention to the facts of the case. Kaitlyn wouldn’t be “criminalized” if she had taken the plea bargain in the first place. But she decided to make her “lifestyle choice” a publicity grab and it failed miserably. A 19 year old having sex with a 14 year old is against the law in Florida. Period. No free pass for trendy “lifestyle choice.”

“Remember when you were going to shut down my blog? Fuck you” Greatest sentence of the entire article, thanks for making my morning 🙂

I love the logic of people like you. So because some other vile douchebag doesn’t get an appropriate sentence for his crimes that means other people should be allowed to walk free after committing statutory rape? As another wag put it, that’s like the 100th speeding car on the highway arguing that he shouldn’t get a ticket because the cop didn’t also pull over the other 99 speeding cars.

this plea that (their only kids, her father said) is sad.what about the 18 year old boy that makes the same ,bad judgement call?does he get off so easy.also these parents should be looked at alittle more . seems they are awhole lot OK with ANY AGE IS OK. crazy call on the court system

A 19 year old girl who’s a relationship with a 14 year girl that’s about
as stable as any adolescent relationship can be — well, she’s
criminalized. Yeah! That makes SOOOO much sense.
You mean the 18 year old who’s also in a relationship with a 28 year old at the same time?
And you consider that normally stable?
Cause it makes total sense to me, especially after the other behavior was categorized.
Hint: It wasn’t a stable relationship for any age range.

Those would be true

She’s a “criminal pervert”? More like you’re a puritanical asshole. And the younger girl is fully culpable, returned 20k texts and initiated not only the bathroom tryst but reciprocated all acts.
October 4th, 2013 @ 10:25 pm
Yeah, I figured that. I was trying to be sarcastic there and sort of missed. My bad.
October 4th, 2013 @ 10:31 pm
Under 16 = not capable of consent under the law. What part of that do you not understand? And according to the “facts” the younger girl did not initiate the bathroom finger f*ck fest, it was Kaitlyn’s idea. And “she returned text messages” = green light for statutory rape? Are you serious?
October 5th, 2013 @ 9:36 am
Hah! Loved the post, McCain!
October 5th, 2013 @ 9:37 am
Exactly! These people are scum.
October 5th, 2013 @ 9:42 am
I don’t understand the point of offering her any plea deal…
October 5th, 2013 @ 2:21 pm
So is this the new mantra of the left. Officer, you don’t understand…. I know she is only 8, but she is as culpable as I am. She sent me texts and told me she loved me. We wuv each other, so it’s ok right?
You are a disgusting homo-pedo pusher who probably learned to masturbate from your mother.
