The Roe v. Wade Inversion

The idea of ‘reproductive rights’ is as bad an inversion as ‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’. What, exactly, is ‘reproductive’ about murder? This is probably the most un-intentionally diabolical 1:40 worth of video ever cut:

The body language here is that the sexual means is its own end. All that matters is the sensual pleasure, we are told.

And yet, this is supposed to be about ‘reproductive rights’. There is absolutely nothing whatsoever going on here, past a passionate night. So it belies the notion of being about ‘reproductive rights’ straight away. Reproductive rights should include some notion of responsibilities beyond a protein donation.

Lord, have mercy on the fellow in this video, and lay a healthy load of wisdom on his head, so that he can grasp the total foulness of this video, repent of his folly, and set about repairing the societal damage to which he’s contributed.

Update: whoops! This was via ktcat, with more at Beers with Demo.

Update II: Great follow-up with Jackie Wellfonder.

I’m also concerned about my Right to Shut Up, and my Right to be Defenseless, the Right to Cruel and Unusual Punishment, the Right to Submit to Unreasonable Searches and especially my Right to Self Incrimination.

Of course, when you consider that the very words commonly used to describe these people (liberal, progressive) are Orwellian, we can’t be surprised when they continue to abuse language.

Damn near a Rorschach test. The only way to see that as a pro-abortion video is if you are willing to completely delink sex and procreation.

I still have a hard time believing this isn’t a parody, but the web site it references proudly displays it. Wow.

Then there is Meryl Streep, whom I will never watch again, calling abortion “essential healthcare.”

Never, never, let the pro-aborts get away with calling it “reproductive rights.” I know the faux rights language is a favorite tool of theirs, but just remind everyone who uses it that it is a simple scientific fact that a new human being is created at fertilization (check any embryology textbook). Therefore, every abortion kills an unwanted human being who has already been reproduced.

Their title is a manipulative lie. Force them to call themselves what they really are: Pro-abortion. Not pro-choice, but pro-abortion, because they gave up the “choice” game when they started demanding that pro-life taxpayers fund increased abortions.

This is so evil I could barely stand to watch it. It just creeped me out to no end.

Haven’t watched the video, and won’t. But from what I’ve read I get a very strong sense of “don’t hate the player, hate the game” about the tack taken in this ad.

Why doesn’t anyone ever point out that without players there wouldn’t be a game?

Margaret Sanger’s useful idiot. 1 in 4 black babies is aborted. Over 10 million in the last 40 years! “Off to a good start, baby! Don’t worry that blacks are reproducing at less than replacement levels, baby.”

Perhaps Sanger might have used DiFi’s langugage. “I want to dry up the supply of these.”

I prefer to call them pro-kill.

Someone alert Colin Powell. This add could be concidered raaaaacist, because it has a black man promoting abortion. And we ALL know that black men are irresponsible and have unprotected sex with many partners, producing babies all over the country.
Oh and Mr. Powell, Sarah Palin didn’t write or produce this add.

Absolutely disgusting. I’m trying to imagine the producers planning that. Hmm…let’s promote baby murder by comparing to a lustful relationship while listening to soft-core porn music. Brilliant.

    Can’t…stop…laughing…

Fellow has a point, thought. I mean, without Roe vs. Wade, how dried up would his supply of hook-ups be?

She can just replace that voting bloc with illegal immigrants and the dead.
