‘Just Another Elitist Hypocrite’

The National Rifle Association’s new ad:
(Via Memeorandum and Hot Air.) Liberals were on a gun-control rant for the past month. The NRA’s been signing up dues-paying members:
A day before President Barack Obama is scheduled to release Vice President Joe Biden’s recommendations to curb gun violence in the United States, the National Rifle Association told U.S. News and World Report that they have seen membership grow by 250,000 in the month since the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.
Politico reported membership had grown by more than 100,000 five days ago. The NRA says that when Politico reported the story, membership was close to 200,000, but the number has drastically grown in just five days. The association now has over 4.25 million members.
NRA “fringe”? More than 4 milllion members, added 250K members in past month. @joenbc audience? 565,000. Math is hard!

NRA membership makes more sense than AARP.

Of course us gun clinging, Bible hugging wingnuts are “fringe”. Please — we don’t worship Obama and his Marxist ideology.

DrewM over at Ace’s place quotes the AP quoting the White House as describing this ad as “repugnant and cowardly.”
You know. Just like using a bunch of children as a wall of human shields to hide behind. Like a terrorist.

Looks like Morning Joke and company were incensed into incendiary censure over this ad.

I’m embarrassed for Morning Joke. To think this guy masqueraded as a conservative. One very sick puppy.

How Hussein of him.

You know what was “repugnant and cowardly”? Voting against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act.

Does Obama ever utter words to the effect of “No, this bill is wrong. It would violate the liberty of the individual?”
January 16th, 2013 @ 1:42 pm
In a word – no let me make it two: Hell no! Marxists don’t tend to say things like that.
January 16th, 2013 @ 2:29 pm
I’ve been receiving AARP mailings for years. Every one of them goes straight into the garbage.
As I sneer at them.

Only about bills the American people actually support.

Obama is claiming to be protecting my child.
Therefore, his children are fair game for the ad
Hypocritical bastard liberals.

If they send you a pre-paid return envelope, send it back to them empty and they have to pay for it.

Your mind is as evil as mine. I’ve been sending stuff like that back to ASCE for years.

I usually send back a lemon drop and tell them to suck on it.
