Don’t tell me this is your thing now, lol
I think we’re stuck with Newt, Stacy

Stacy, explain this to me, a conservative, non-Christian (am Hindu) American, why Santorum should appeal to me, a former Cain Trainiac? I got the abortion issue down, check. Fiscal restraint, check. Smaller government, check. Gay thing, meh, not an issue with me.
Am I going to Hell in a Handbasket or not?

Well he was born and lives in Virginia and we will vote for him. Americans have a trust issue and we can trust Santorum, he is the most conservative I don’t find him boring I find him brilliant.

Because – and this is just my understanding of the matter, mind you – Mr. Santorum agrees with the teachings of John Paul The Great who believed that there are many paths to knowing God, it’s just that Catholics are more right than others, but that doesn’t mean that Hell awaits non-Catholics.

Also, Danda, JPTG acknowledged that even Catholicism is flawed because it was developed by man.

Thanks, Bob. In the Advaita (my) school of Hinduism there is no Heaven as depicted by Christians, no eternal, external existence with God, but rather a merging with God. And there is no Hell, either, but there is the concept of punishment (atonement) after death, like the Catholic Purgatory, but one must return to earth eventually and finish atonement in the circumstances of the next life or carnation. Sometimes, Karma is a beyotch.
