Reason TV At #OccupyWallStreet

One is stunned, and left to wonder where these people [Update: yes, the #OWS weenies, not the ReasonTV folks, sorry for the ambiguous definite article] were for any Tea Parties?

There may be some muscle and skeleton somewhere to support the concerns of some that that #OWS is supposed to provide shock troops for 2012, but the bone and beefcake managed to evade the camera effectively, in my opinion.

And, in defense of these guys, I’ve met people at Tea Parties also needing to do some homework.

That was surprisingly poor.  C’mon Reason, you all can do better than that.  It was interesting to see Dan Halloran there.  But besides that no new light shed on the protests. Fail.

There aren’t enough pachouliistas to go around certainly not enough to man the barricades simultaneously in cities across the nation. As these protests grow in size and location the usual suspects will become more obviously prevalent. Kinda disappointing really. At any rate as these things get hotter and more are arrested the worse this will be for the Social Democrats and their Union allies.

I  think Smitty meant it as the people  in the protests (The #OWS crowd)  have never been to a Tea Party.

    That’s how I read it.

Ah, if thats what he meant, then I apologize.
Good, I see my expectations weren’t misplaced in that case.

Jorge, no need for the apology. That was a valid editorial criticism, and I tweaked the post. Thanks for helping make it stronger.

Yeah, he’s essentially a street performer. More moron than clown but a clown nonetheless.

Also funny, since he was there first, he’s more “official.” Merit by attendance. Rank: General Disarray.

I went and had a look at Occupy St. Louis this evening.

    Short version: Meh.
