Naked Miley Cyrus Upskirt Photo

No, I would never post such a thing. Not in a million years. But if you’re a creepazoid pervert desperately Googling for “Naked Miley Cyrus Upskirt Photo,” there’s no reason all that traffic should go to Perez Hilton:

Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of  Miley Cyrus’ private parts to his Twitter account.
Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.
For his two million plus followers to see, the celebrity blogger posted the picture with the following introduction, “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”
But it’s the celebrity blogger that might need a warning. Cyrus is underage. Police might consider her naked image child pornography.

Perez Hilton should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and his blog should be shut down immediately.

By the way, I’ve decided that conservative political blogging isn’t paying the bills, so instead I’ll be focusing my efforts on despicable Hollywood celebrities and other more lucrative subjects.

Does anyone else remember the infamous Britney Spears naked upskirt? And do you remember how it seemed that the photo wasn’t actually an accident? More like a desperate bid for attention?

Getting out of a car in a short skirt, when you’re a celebrity swarmed by paparazzi, is obviously a hazardous venture. So if Miley decided to attempt such a maneuver while going commando . . .

I dunno. Britney obviously kept trying to out-Madonna Madonna, so am I wrong to suspect that Miley is trying to out-Britney Britney?

The big question: What next for Miley? Dating Joren Van Der Sloot?

Let me ask the ladies to comment: Would any girl wearing a short skirt get out of a car that way? Especially a very famous girl who knows that every move she makes in public is being photographed by 50 paparazzi? And especially if she was only 17 and not wearing panties?

She’s on the Crazyville Express for a one-way trip to rehab.

UPDATE IV: It is being suggested that the photo Perez Hilton posted was a PhotoShop fake. Which would make him the Jayson Blair of celebrity upskirt journalism.

    I’ve never understood why the entertainment industry is given an exemption from the child labor laws. It makes no sense whatsoever. Employment in the entertainment industry at a young age is a thousand times more damaging to their future mental and physical well being than employment in some third-world sweatshop making clothes for The Gap. Banning a 12 year old from working at McDonalds, but allowing a 6-year old to work in the Entertainment industry is like forbidding a child from playing with scissors, but allowing them to play with a chainsaw instead.

    Last year, my wife and I were at the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland. I wondered who the extremely sad and tired looking young girl with the professional makeup job was in the next table – and why someone so pretty and young would be so sad in the “happiest place on earth”. Not being a fan, I later found out it was Ms. Cyrus. She was accompanied by someone her own age who was likely the designated “friend” and a very tough man of serious demeanor who must have been her minder or bodyguard.

    I can understand that at some point she would want to get the heck out of Disney dodge and go her own way. Perhaps the quickest route was through slutsville.

    Assuming, arguendo, that the picture is real: no.

    If you wanted to forgo the door, you would stand up, put your butt on the top of the door, and swing your legs out. Think of how a mermaid would exit a convertible without using a door and you have the idea.

    You could also sort of vault out, but, again, think mermaid.

    gg: why are you so certain that Stacy would find no recourse within the First Amendment? “Child porn” is not any picture of a child without clothing – it is something which appeals only to prurient interests, with no social or artistic value, which is how courts justify overriding First Amendment protections in that type of expression.

    Given the political and social value of this picture, and given that Stacy censored it, it would seem rather strange to extend the statute (which is facially valid, although, last I checked, is not immune from as-applied challenges) to the act of downloading a popular photo for censoring and reposting. In fact, the entire purpose of that action is to reduce the amount of child porn available, so it would be tough to argue that there is value in banning the action.
