His own chair was a torture device made of small yellow-white objects…teeth. The chair fought with the air to steal the most heat from his body.

The speaker seemed to pay no heed to the functionary until his regular path brought him in arm’s reach of the hooded one. “Your failure to maintain this place has marred the perfection of my presentation. At the next failure, your assistant will bring me your head on a charger. Go.”
Wordlessly, the functionary did an about face and departed the room. The speaker continued, having moved from the topic of debasing human religions in preparation for their replacement to discussing the nature of using organizations to eradicate each other and further the goals of CTHULHU.
Later, a second light bulb failed.

“Murder is a straightforward thing, often requiring little that is remarkable or memorable beyond a victim.
The artist, however, seeking the full experience, would know the victim, encourage the victim in the direction of suicide, and assume front rank at the funural.
Victims can be enjoined to manage the demise of other victims before handling their own case, of course; economy of style is a hallmark of art.
Thus, given the vast quilt of existing organizations under the sun that predate our current effort, the most artistic thing to do would be to use them against each other.
We are certain in the singularity of our purpose, with the final merger of the Human Union and the Committee To Harmonize Universal Law.
So we will find their victim-leaders, and subvert them.
